IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS:

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

9. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.

10. Extreme caution must be exercised when using an appliance containing hot water.

11. Do not allow cord to touch the hot surface of the airport.

12. For protection against electric shock, do not immerse the airport in water or any other liquid.

13. The use of any accessory not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injury of the user.

14. Always ensure that the lid is closed properly. Do not lift the appliance while water is boiling. Scalding may occur if the unit is moved or transferred during the boiling cycle. Do not touch the hot surfaces of the airport.

15. Avoid placing the appliance on a wet or cold surface especially when hot.

16. Do not use the appliance if it has damage or the handle is not stable.

17. Do not use the appliance for other purposes.

18. The unit is not intended for outdoor use.

19. Do not use the unit other that its intended use.

20. After use, always switch OFF and unplug the unit from the convenience outlet.

21. Allow the unit to cool down before cleaning.

22. The appliance is intended for water boiling only. Do not heat any other liquid or attempt to cook any food in this appliance.

CONTROL PANEL

How to detach the top Lid

1. Place the handle towards the rear side of Air pot.
2. Open the lid by lifting the lid lock.
3. Positioning the lid at a 45^ C angle, pull lid out of securing hinge.
   Note: Never remove lid while the appliance is operating.

How to attach the top lid

1. Place the handle towards the rear side of the Air pot.
2. Insert the shaft of the hinge on the lid into the hinge holder.
3. Ensure that lid attached properly.
4. Close and press on lid until it clicks.

HOW TO USE:

1. Wash and rinse inner tank with water.
2. Open the top lid and fill water to desired capacity.
   Note: Always fill water above the minimum mark but below the maximum water level line indicator.
3. Close the lid carefully by pressing it down until you hear a click sound.
4. Plug the unit into the convenience outlet. The BOILING LIGHT INDICATOR will turn ON. (The unit will boil the water at MAX capacity at approximately 20 minutes) Once the water boil it will automatically KEEP WARM, it means the air pot is in the state of preserving heat.

Note: Do not switch ON with the tank is empty

1. Re-Boil Button

a. During KEEP WARM mode, pressing this button will activate the heater to boil the water again without waiting for the auto re-boil function. It can be stop by pressing this button again. Ex; If you just want to make sure that the water is hot after minutes on keep warm mode.

Note: Re-boil the tank takes about 3 minutes.

1. Tri-dispense system:

a. Air Pump: for manual water dispensing. Set the safety switch to OPEN position. After use, be sure to set the switch to CLOSE position. Do not press the top pump too fast, as it may cause the hot water to flow out which can cause burns.

b. Auto Pump: for easy water dispensing

c. Insta-pump: for one handed cup dispense.

1. Unplug the unit if not in use or without water.

NOTE: Refill the tank when water gauge reached the minimum level. Do not use airport with empty tank, this will cause heater over work and damage other parts.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:

1. Be sure to unplug the unit, discard any remaining water, and allow to cool before cleaning.

NOTE: Water stain may be visible on the inner tank after boiling, frequent cleaning is advisable.

1. DISCOLORING OF WATER TANK: This is caused by oxidizing of iron content in tap water. It can be removed by using nylon brush and follow these simple steps:

a. Cut a lemon into four pieces, wrap the lemon in cloth and place in the inner pot.
b. Pour water up the full water level indicator.
c. Boil the water and let the mixture remain inside the unit for about 1 hour.
d. Pour out the water and use a nylon brush to clean the inner pot.
e. To remove the smell of the lemon, boil water again, and dispose the water.

1. LID: use a damp cloth and wipe it dry.

2. BODY: use a damp cloth and wipe it dry.

3. Do not use abrasive materials to avoid scratches.
