Hoe maak ik het wafelijzer voor het eerst klaar?

Verwarm het apparaat zonder beslag gedurende 10 minuten op de hoogste stand. Laat het afkoelen en veeg de platen schoon met een vochtige doek. Dit verwijdert productieresten.

Welk beslag moet ik gebruiken?

U kunt elk wafelbeslag gebruiken. Voor beste resultaten gebruikt u een beslag met een beetje boter of olie, maar de antiaanbaklaag maakt invetten overbodig.

Hoeveel beslag moet ik per wafel gebruiken?

Gebruik ongeveer een soeplepel beslag per wafel, niet te vol om overlopen te voorkomen. Sluit het deksel voorzichtig.

Hoe stel ik de juiste temperatuur in?

Draai aan de thermostaatknop naar de gewenste stand. Begin met een middelmatige stand en pas aan naar wens. Het groene lampje brandt wanneer het apparaat klaar is.

Waarom worden mijn wafels niet bruin?

Verhoog de temperatuur of laat het beslag langer bakken. Controleer of het apparaat voldoende is voorverwarmd (lampje uit).

Hoe reinig ik het wafelijzer?

Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het apparaat afkoelen. De platen zijn uitneembaar en kunnen in de vaatwasser. De buitenkant reinigt u met een vochtige doek.

Kan ik het apparaat in de vaatwasser doen?

Nee, alleen de losse platen zijn vaatwasserbestendig. Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water.

Hoe berg ik het wafelijzer op?

Rol het snoer op met de ingebouwde snoeropberger. Bewaar het apparaat rechtop om ruimte te besparen. Zorg dat het volledig droog is.

Wat moet ik doen als het apparaat niet uitschakelt?

Het apparaat heeft een automatische uitschakeling na een bepaalde tijd. Als het blijft werken, trek dan de stekker eruit en neem contact op met de Tefal klantenservice.

Waar vind ik reserveonderdelen?
