Hoe sluit ik de Tri-PAR aan op een DMX-controller?

Gebruik een 3-pins XLR DMX-kabel. Sluit de ingang aan op de DMX-uitgang van de controller. Stel het gewenste DMX-adres in op de lamp via het display en de knoppen.

Kan ik de Tri-PAR gebruiken zonder DMX?

Ja, schakel naar standalone modus. U kunt kiezen voor sound-activated (muziekgestuurd) of auto (automatische kleurenwissel).

Wat moet ik doen als de lamp niet reageert?

Controleer de stroomvoorziening en DMX-kabel. Zorg dat de lamp in de juiste modus staat en het adres correct is. Reset de lamp door de stroom kort uit te schakelen.

Is de Tri-PAR geschikt voor buiten?

Nee, de IP-waarde is IP20, dus alleen voor gebruik binnenshuis. Niet blootstellen aan vocht of stof.

Hoe reinig ik de lamp?

Gebruik een droge, zachte doek om stof en vuil te verwijderen. Gebruik geen water of schoonmaakmiddelen om schade te voorkomen.

Kan ik meerdere Tri-PAR lampen koppelen?

Ja, schakel de eerste lamp in als master en de andere als slave via het menu. Sluit ze aan met DMX-kabels. Ze zullen dan synchroon werken.

Wat is het stroomverbruik van de Tri-PAR?

Het maximale vermogen is 15 W. Dit is energiezuinig in vergelijking met traditionele PAR-lampen.

Ik heb een defecte LED. Kan ik deze vervangen?

De LEDs zijn niet vervangbaar door de gebruiker. Neem contact op met Qtx of een erkend reparatiecentrum voor onderhoud.

Hoe stel ik het DMX-adres in?

Druk op de menuknop totdat 'Addr' verschijnt. Gebruik de pijltjes om het gewenste adres in te stellen. Bevestig met Enter.

Wat betekent de 'Sound'-modus?

De sound-activated modus laat de lamp reageren op muziek via de ingebouwde microfoon. De kleuren en patronen veranderen mee met het ritme.

Compact yet surprisingly powerful, the QTX Tri-PAR is perfect for many events and scenarios. Three super bright 4W LEDs provide colourful mixes and washes for walls and ceilings and the internal, rechargeable battery means the unit is totally portable and can be placed in any location without requiring a power source. Simple to operate using the onboard control panel, supplied RF remote control or DMX if preferred, the Tri-PAR is packed with features and integrated light shows that are sure to illuminate any occasion.

In the box:

Your Tri-PAR should arrive with you in a single carton in good condition. The carton should contain 1 x main unit, 1x remote control, 1 x UK IEC mains lead and 1 x user guide.

Warning:

To prevent risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the unit to rain or damp environments. In the event of a spillage, disconnect the mains and allow the unit to dry out naturally. Qualified personnel should then check the unit before continuing use.

Please do not open cover, contains high voltage. This product is not serviceable or repairable by the end user. Please refer to qualified personnel for service and repair.

Placement:

• Keep away from damp or dusty environments.
• Ensure adequate airflow around the fixture housings.
• Ensure adequate access to controls and connections.

Cleaning:

• Use a soft cloth with a neutral detergent to clean the casing as required.
• Use a vacuum cleaner to clear ventilation grilles of any dust or debris build-ups.

Charging the battery:

The QTX Tri-Par can be either mains or battery powered as it contains an internal rechargeable lithium battery. To charge the unit simply connect to mains power using the IEC lead supplied and keep the Power Switch (7) off. When charging, the battery status light will glow red and when completely charged it will turn green. It's recommended to fully charge the Tri-Par before first use and let the power run down each time before recharging to achieve optimum battery life of the unit.

Remote control:

The Tri-PAR is supplied with an I.R. remote control for quick access to most of the basic functions of the unit. This has a maximum range of approximately 4-5m and must be aimed towards the front of the unit. Controls and functions are listed on the diagram below:

DMX mode:

The Tri-PAR can be controlled by DMX signal, simply connect the DMX signal source to the DMX input on the unit via a balanced XLR lead. Extra fixtures can be controlled by the same DMX signal by looping through the DMX out on the unit. To enter DMX mode, select A001 from the menu and confirm the correct start address by using the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons and "ENTER" to confirm.

This unit has 4, 6 or 8 DMX channels as indicated in the table below:

Troubleshooting:

No power (mains)	Check IEC lead and fuse (if fuse continually blows, refer to your dealer)
