The Plethora X3 automatically saves all your settings. There is no manual backup procedure to perform. When you exit EDIT mode after modifying the settings of a pedal or an effects chain, the device automatically saves these changes. Your configurations are stored in the form of BOARDS (virtual pedalboards) . The Plethora X3 can memorize up to 127 BOARDS, each with its own customized effects chain. These BOARDS remain in the device's internal memory. If you create custom TonePrints via the TonePrint Editor app (on computer), you can sync them with the Plethora X3 via USB or Bluetooth. These custom configurations are then integrated into the device and saved automatically. No export to an external file is necessary for the current backup - everything is managed internally by the device.
