The kettle displays 100°, why not 212°?

Your Beautiful kettle heats correctly to the right temperature (100°C = 212°F) - it's the same! The difference simply comes from the display unit.

The BOIL button brings the water to 100°C (212°F) for a complete boil. If you see 100 on the screen, it means the display is in Celsius. If you prefer to see 212°F, just press the notice to switch the display.

To toggle between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F): press and hold both the + and - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The touchscreen will then alternate between the two temperature units.

Summary: 100°C = 212°F, it's the same temperature. Your kettle is working perfectly!
