On the Cannondale Treadwell Neo, the white light code from the iWOC ONE controller indicates the battery charge status. The LED ring changes color according to the remaining battery level: white corresponds to a battery between 75 and 100 % charged. The other colors are green (50-75 %), orange (25-50 %), and red (0-25 %).

To turn on the bike, press the button on the iWOC ONE controller located on the top tube until the LED lights up white. Once turned on, the LED directly displays the battery level. By pressing this button again, you can cycle through the three available assistance levels. With each press, the system will switch from one level to another, and the white LED also indicates that the system is active.

During battery charging, the LED remains white once the battery reaches over 98 % charge. If the LED turns off completely, it means the battery is depleted and needs to be recharged. If the LED blinks red, the battery is almost empty (below 5 %). In this case, place the bike on charge immediately.

If the white LED does not light up when turning on or remains off, check that the battery is properly inserted into the frame and correctly connected to the controller. Also, ensure that the battery has been charged recently. If the problem persists after a full recharge, consult an authorized Cannondale dealer to have the electrical system checked.
