How do I pair the speaker with my phone?

Turn on the speaker by pressing the power button. Activate Bluetooth on your phone and search for devices. Select CS-FR5020 from the list. After pairing, a confirmation sound will play.

How do I charge the speaker?

Connect the provided USB cable to the speaker's charging port and plug it into a USB power adapter (5V, 1A). The indicator light will turn red while charging and change to blue when fully charged.

What should I do if the speaker doesn't turn on?

First, charge the speaker for at least 2 hours. If it still doesn't turn on, try resetting it by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds. If the problem persists, contact support.

Can I use the speaker while it is charging?

Yes, the speaker can be used while connected to power. However, it is recommended to fully charge the battery before first use for optimal performance.

How do I switch to AUX mode?

Connect an AUX cable to the speaker and your audio device. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode. If not, press the mode button to cycle through Bluetooth, AUX, and TF card modes.

What is the maximum Bluetooth range?

The maximum range is up to 10 meters (33 feet) in open space. Walls and obstacles may reduce the range.

How do I insert a TF card?

Locate the TF card slot on the speaker, usually under a rubber cover. Gently insert the TF card with the metal contacts facing up until it clicks. The speaker will automatically play music from the card.

Why is the sound distorted at high volume?

Distortion may occur if the volume is set too high. Reduce the volume on both the speaker and your connected device. Also, ensure the audio source has good quality.

How do I clean the speaker?

Turn off the speaker and disconnect all cables. Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any liquid or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the speaker.

Can I pair two speakers together for stereo sound?

This model does not support TWS (True Wireless Stereo) pairing. For stereo sound, use a wired connection to a stereo system.

INSTALLATION GUIDELINES

Ensure the audio system is turned off before making any connections to the amplifier, speakers or source unit. Failure to do so could result in permanent damage to the audio system.

When wiring the speakers ensure that the wire is protected from sharp objects and always use rubber grommets when wiring through metal panels. Ensure all terminals and connections are protected from the vehicle chassis and from each other as failure to do so could result in permanent damage to the audio system.

When connecting the source unit and speakers ensure you connect the positive and negative output wire from the source unit to the corresponding speaker terminals. This will ensure the audio system will be in phase.

1) Ensure there is adequate clearance and depth for the speaker to be mounted.
2) Use the supplied template to mark out & cut the correct diameter hole.
3) Drill four holes for the mounting screws.
4) Seperate the grille from the frame.
5) Insert the speaker and grille frame and affix with the screws provided.
6) Complete installation by replacing the grille into the grille frame.

WARNING: Do not drill mounting holes with speaker in place as this could allow drill shavings to damage the voice coil and void your warranty.
