How do I assemble the blender?

Place the rubber packing into the blade assembly, then put the assembly into the jar support. Attach the glass jar to the jar support assembly. Place the glass jar assembly onto the motor base and press down until securely engaged. Put the center lid into the lid, then secure the lid onto the glass jar and press down.

How should I clean the blender?

For the motor base, wipe with a damp cloth and never immerse in water. For the glass jar and blades, you can use method #1: add warm water and vinegar, blend for 1 minute; method #2: fill halfway with warm water and dish detergent, blend for 30 seconds; or method #3: soak in warm soapy water for crusty residue, then blend. Always rinse and dry thoroughly after cleaning.

What should I do if the motor stops during operation?

This is likely due to the overload protection feature activating when the motor reaches its temperature limit. Unplug the unit and let it cool down for at least 1 minute before using again.

Can I use the blender continuously for a long time?

No, the maximum continuous operation time is 1 minute. After that, allow the motor to rest to prevent overheating.

How do I use the miller attachment?

Turn the miller upside down and open the cap by turning it counter-clockwise. Add the food to be ground into the cap, then close the cap by turning clockwise. Place the miller onto the blender motor base and press HIGH speed. Process until desired consistency, then turn off and unplug.

What if there is a leak at the bottom of the jar?

Turn off and unplug the unit. Remove the jar and check the rubber packing. If it is not properly installed, reassemble correctly. If the rubber is damaged, replace it with a new one or contact the Imarflex Authorized Service Center.

Is it safe to blend hot liquids?

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

HOW TO ASSEMBLE

BLENDER

IMPORTANT: Your blender jar and blades are subject to wear during normal use. Always inspect the jar for nicks, chips or cracks. Always inspect blades for broken, bent or loose blades. Avoid using the jar or blades if damaged.

Contact the Imarflex Authorized Service Center to obtain evaluation and repair.

Make sure that the blender is unplugged. Place blender base on clean, dry surface to keep foreign particles from being pulled up into motor during operation.

1. Place the Rubber Packing into the Blade Assembly. Put the assembly into the Jar Support. (see pic.1 & 2)
2. Assemble the Jar Support Assembly with the Glass Jar. (see pic.3)
3. Put the Glass Jar Assembly on the Motor Base and press down until securely engaged. (see pic. 4)
4. Put the Center Lid on the Lid.
5. Secure the Lid into the Glass Jar and press down. (see pic.5)

HOW TO USE

BLENDER

1. For initial use, wash glass jar with blade assembly thoroughly. "Please refer to cleaning and maintenance method #2".
2. Put the glass jar with blade assembly on the motor base. (see pic.2)
3. Plug the unit into the convenience outlet.
4. Be sure to remove the seeds of the fruits/vegetables if needed.
5. Put the desired mixture.
6. Put the lid on the glass jar and close securely. Place the center lid into the hole of the lid and push down to lock.
7. Plug the unit into the convenience outlet.
8. Press the pulse button to crack the ice cube or ice tube.
9. Turn the unit to HIGH or LOW and select the desired speed and function. (please refer to control panel)
10. Additional ingredients can be added through opening in the lid.
11. After use switch OFF and unplug the unit from the convenience outlet

MILLER

1. Turn the Miller upside down, open the Cap (turn it counter-clockwise). (see pic. 1)
2. Wipe it with dry cloth.
3. Put the food to be grinded into the cap. (see pic.2)
4. Close the cap by turning it clockwise. (see pic.3)
5. Place the Miller into the Blender Motor Base. (see pic.4)
6. Press HIGH on the Control Panel and select the desired speed and function.
7. Process food according to desired consistency.
8. Turn OFF the unit.
9. Transfer the processed food into a bowl or container. (see pic.5)
10. Repeat steps 3 to 9 for another set of grinding.
11. Unplug the unit after every use.

NOTE:

• Some electric smell may be observed on first use.
  • Maximum continuous operation time is 1 minute.
• THE UNIT IS EQUIPPED WITH OVERLOAD PROTECTION. IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY STOP WHEN MOTOR REACH THE TEMPERATURE LIMIT. UNPLUG THE UNIT THEN LET IT COOL.

CAUTION: When using cube, use the pulse speed first before setting to desired speed.

USEFUL TIPS

• To achieve the best results when pureeing solid ingredients, place small portions through the opening in the lid one by one.
• When mixing solid ingredients, start with a small amount of liquid. Gradually add more liquid through the opening in the lid.
• For stirring solid or very thick liquid ingredients, we recommend that you use the blender in pulse mode to prevent the blades from being stuck.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Motor Base

1. Unplug the unit from the convenience outlet.
2. Wipe or clean the outside surface with a damp or soft cloth.

NEVER IMMERSE MOTOR BASE IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUID.

1. Thoroughly clean Speed Selector Switch so that it works freely. It will become sticky when in use. Use a damp cloth or sponge to flush and clean the groove around the water shielded switch. You may also lightly spray the surface around the switch with an all-purpose cleaner and work
2. the switch back and forth a few times to loosen any dried residue under switch. (see pic.4)
3. Polish with a soft cloth.
4. Always be sure to wring excess water out of cloth or sponge when cleaning around the controls or any electrical part.

Lid/Center Lid

Wash in warm soapy water. Rinse under clean running water and dry. Reassemble before use.

Container and Blade Assembly

Method #1

After use, add warm water and a splash of vinegar to blender jar. Turn ON and let the blender work the liquid for about a minute. Pour out, rinse the blender jar well.

Method #2

Fill the blender jar half way with warm water, add a small amount of liquid dish detergent and turn the unit ON for about 30 seconds. Repeat if needed. Rinse well.

Method #3

If blender was left sitting until there is dried, crusty food bits inside: fill with warm, soapy water (or vinegar water) and let sit for about 30 to 60 seconds. Empty water to about half and then blend for 30 second intervals until clean.

1. Turn OFF the unit and wait for the blade and motor to stop.
2. Always unplug the unit after every use.
3. Remove the blade assembly by turning it counter-clockwise. (see pic.2)
4. Wash the rubber packing and jar support with soap and water.
5. Turn the glass jar upside down to remove excess water. (see pic.3)
6. Wipe the glass jar and blade with soft cloth to dry.
7. Make sure to reassemble the unit properly before storing it.
8. Never leave food inside the blender jar for a long period of time.
9. Store the blender on a dry cool place.

NEVER ALLOW THE BOTTOM OF THE BLADE TO GET WET. (see pic.5)

MILLER

1. Turn the Miller upside down, open the Cap (turn it counter clockwise).

2. Wash the miller Cap with soap and water.

3. Wipe it dry.

4. Use soft brush to remove remaining ground food on the miller blade assembly and wipe it with damp cloth.

NEVER ALLOW THE BOTTOM OF THE MILLER BLADE TO GET WET. (see pic.3)
