When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions carefully.
- Before using the insect killer, check if the voltage indicated corresponds with the convenience outlet (230Va.c.).
- Do not use a two-way socket with another appliance.
- Do not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged, it should be replaced with the same type and size or bring the unit to the nearest Imarflex Authorized Service Center.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the unit in water.

Do not place the unit near gas stove, electric stove or in a heated oven.

Put the unit on flat stable surface, keep it away from the edge of counter to avoid accident.

Keep curtains, furniture, flammable materials, etc. away from the unit and from the convenience outlet where the unit is plugged in.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.

Do not touch the metal grill (inner grill) to prevent electric shock.

Use a non-conductor material in cleaning the metal grill (inner grill).
- Do not use this unit other than its intended use.

- Save this instruction for future reference.
HOW TO USE
- The best effect is to hang the insect killer at the height of an adult and should be placed 1.5m to 3m away from the door with high ventilation environment.
- This unit is suitable to be used in bedrooms, living rooms, restaurants, hotels and offices. Do not use in outdoors, barns, stables and similar locations.
- Plug the unit into the convenience outlet.
- Switch ON.
- To prolong the life of the tube avoid switching ON and OFF simultaneously.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Replace the bulb when both ends of the tube become dark. To ensure high efficiency, change the bulb after 3,000-hour operation.
- In case of malfunction, do not try to repair or change the bulb, bring the insect Killer to the nearest Imarflex Service Center.
- How to clean the Metal Grill (inner grill): Unplug the insect Killer and discharge the remaining current by inserting a screw driver (non-conductor handle) on the metal grill (a sound will be heard indicating that the remaining current is already been discharged). Brush down accumulated dirt using round brush (wooden handle).
- How to clean the Plastic Grill: Wipe it using damp cloth.
- Pull out the dirt tray on the bottom of the insect killer and wash it with soap and water. Wipe it dry.
