Precautions for Maintenance

This product will be automatically turned off after 15 minutes of operation. It is recommended to use it for no more than 30 minutes a day and use it as needed every week. This product shall be stored in a ventilated and dry place after use. Never place heavy objects on the product.

2 Product Features

This product has 4 built-in 3D massage heads, imitating human hands to knead the trigger points of the neck. Its ergonomic design can provide 360° support for the neck, and its double-layer memory foam is soft outside and hard inside, ensuring good, soft and skin-friendly support. It adopts hot compress at a constant temperature of 42°C, 5 massage modes, micro-porous aroma diffuser, and built-in soothing music, helping you relax your whole body, and inducing relaxation through tactile, olfactory and auditory stimuli.

User instructions

1. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the massager. The device starts in low power mode by default, with the heating function activated, the indicator light orange, and music playing.
2. You can short press the power button to pause the roller massage, and short press again to start the roller massage.
3. You can short press the heating button to deactivate the heating function; in this case, the indicator light turns blue. Short press again to activate the heating function, and the indicator light turns orange. Long press the heating function button to deactivate/activate the voice reminder.
4. You can short press the mode button to switch from low power mode to energetic mode, high power mode, neck-care mode, and wake-up mode in turn. Low power mode: the massage head rotates inward at low speed for 30s, and outward at low speed for 30s, reciprocating in a cycle of 60s. Energetic mode: the massage rotates inward at low speed for 15s, outward at low speed for 15s, inward at high speed for 15s, and outward at high speed for 15s, reciprocating in a cycle of 60s. High power mode: the massage head rotates inward at high speed for 30s, and outward at high speed for 30s, reciprocating in a cycle of 60s. Neck-care mode: the massage head rotates inward at high speed for 30s, inward at low speed for 30s, outward at low speed for 30s, and outward at high speed for 30s, reciprocating in a cycle of 120s. Wake-up mode: the massage head rotates inward at low speed for 60s, and outward at low speed for 60s, reciprocating in a cycle of 120s.
5. You can short press the sound button to switch music background in sequence: fireplace, wind chimes, stream, spring rain, morning, ocean waves. Long press this button to deactivate/activate the music.
6. In power-on state, if the battery power is no more than 10%, the indicator light will flash for 5s (in blue) and the massager will be turned off; in the power-off state, if the battery power is no more than 10%, the indicator light will flash for 5s (in blue) and the massager cannot be turned on;
7. When the massager is being charged, the blue light ring will be breathing and flashing, and when fully charged, the blue light ring will stay on;
8. The massager will be automatically turned off after 15 minutes of operation;
9. Press and hold the power button for 2s to turn off the massager (when the voice function is active, the turn-off music will sound, and when the voice function is inactive, there will be no prompt);
10. The voice setting has a memory function. If it is set to activate voice or music before the last turn-off, the voice/music will be activated by default after the next turn-on; if it is set to deactivate voice or music before the last turn-off, the voice/music will be deactivated by default after the next turn-on;
11. How to use aroma box: Open the aroma box to drop the essential oil on the foam, and close the aroma box; the aroma diffuses through the pores while massaging.

Tips:

1. Please remove the personal accessories when using the massager, so as not to affect the massage part.
2. If you feel discomfort during the massage, please stop operation immediately.
3. When the massager is not in use, please turn it off. In case of a malfunction, please turn off the power switch to avoid accidents.

5 Maintenance

Cleaning

Before cleaning the neck massager, be sure to power it off, and do not touch the plug with wet hands.

Before cleaning, please remove the cloth cover to completely separate it from the non-cleanable components such as the circuit board. How to remove cloth cover:

• Fully unzip
• Gently lift up the control panel positioning frame
• Slowly pull out the inner components from one end so as to remove the cloth cover

Precautions for cleaning:

(1) Only the cloth cover can be removed and cleaned separately, other massage components and control panel must not get wet; (2) The cloth cover is not machine washable, but can be hand washed gently. Please wash it separately from other colored fabrics, choose mild detergent, and the water temperature should not exceed 30°C. Do not bleach or spin. Hang and dry naturally. Avoid sun exposure.

(3) Install the other components only after the cloth cover is completely dry. Always keep away from fire sources, oil pollution, corrosive liquids and other unfavorable environments.

Please keep the product out of the reach of children. Do not store the product in a place exposed to direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity. Please store the product in a dry and ventilated place. Do not disassemble, repair or modify the product without authorization, otherwise it may cause malfunction.

Disposal

The lithium-ion battery of this product is a valuable resource that can be recycled and regenerated. When disposing of the product, please take out the lithium-ion battery and hand it over to a professional organization that can recycle and regenerate rechargeable batteries.
