How do I assemble the UT-WETZEL40 juicer?

Place the bowl on the motor base, insert the filter basket, then attach the lid and lock it with the arm. Ensure all parts click into place before use.

The feeding chute is 75mm wide, so small apples or oranges can be inserted whole. For larger produce, cut into pieces to fit.

How do I clean the juicer?

Important Instructions

When using electrical appliances, in order to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons, basic safety precautions should also be followed, including the followings. Please kindly pay your attention to below points:

• This appliance is intended for domestic household use only and should not be used for any other purpose or in any other application, such as for non-domestic use or in a commercial environment.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are aged from 8 years and above and supervised. Operation

1. Place the motor body on a flat, stable surface.
2. Slide the juicer cup over the drive shaft of the motor base, making sure the cup locks in position by turning it clockwise.
3. Place the filter on the cup.
4. Place the small cone over the drive shaft.
5. Plug the appliance in the mains socket.
6. Cut the fruit to be squeezed in half.
7. Press each half firmly over the small cone or large cone and the appliance will operate automatically.

NOTE: When the large cone is used it shall fit over the small cone.

1. The juice will pass through the filter and then flow into the juice container.
2. When using juice holder, the juice will come out directly from spout.

Put juice holder on the cup, then put filter on the juice holder, and place the cones over drive shaft.

Short-time operation

The appliance is designed to process average domestic quantities of citrus fruits, it can be operated as below: max. 15 seconds on and 15 seconds off as a cycle, and max. 10 cycles is allowed.

After that, please allow it to cool down to room temperature before continuing again.

Cleanning and care

Make sure the juicer is switched off and unplugged before cleaning.

Disassemble the appliance and wash all removable parts in warm, soapy water. Rinse them thoroughly.

Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners as they may damage the surface.

Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid. Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross contamination from different types of food, the use of hot clean water with a mild detergent is advisable when dealing with surfaces that come into contact with food.

Correct food hygiene practices should always be followed at all times to avoid possibility of food poisoning /cross contamination.

Storage

Wrap the mains cord as shown on the bottom of the motor base. Place the cover on the juice cup.
