Can I wash the HEPA filter?

No, the HEPA filter is not washable. Only the pre-filter can be vacuumed or rinsed with water. Replacing the HEPA filter is necessary for optimal performance.

How do I clean the pre-filter?

Vacuum the pre-filter monthly, or rinse it under lukewarm water. Allow it to dry completely before reinstalling. Do not use detergents.

What is the recommended room size for this purifier?
