How to clean the screen safely?

Use a soft microfiber cloth slightly dampened with water (if needed). Do not use alcohol, ammonia, or abrasive cleaners.

What is the maximum number of touch points?

This monitor supports 10 simultaneous touch points with infrared touch technology.

How do I connect external speakers?

Use the Audio Out (3.5mm jack) or HDMI ARC port to connect to external speakers or soundbar.

Does the monitor come with a wall mount?

Yes, a wall mount bracket is included in the package. Follow the mounting instructions for safe installation.

How to factory reset the Android system?

Go to Settings > System > Reset and choose Factory data reset. Note that all data will be erased.

What are the power requirements?

Input voltage: 100-240V AC, 50/60Hz. Power consumption is 300W typical.

How to update the firmware?

Download the latest firmware from the InFocus support website. Save to a USB drive, insert into USB port, and follow the on-screen update menu.

Is there a pen for writing on the screen?

The monitor includes a touch pen (stylus) for precise writing and drawing. It does not require batteries.

Before using an NFC card, a new user account must be established first.

Edit NFC card

After adding two NFC cards, you can see the following interface.

Select any one of the NFC cards, then you can set the identity of this NFC card.

The NFC card can unlock the user account associated with it.
