It uses 4 AA alkaline batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries as they may affect performance.

How to add a new user code?

Press the program button on the interior unit, enter the master code, then follow the prompts to add a new user code up to 10 digits.

What should I do if the keypad is unresponsive?

First check the batteries. If low, replace them. If still unresponsive, perform a factory reset by removing and reinserting batteries while holding the program button.

How to change the master code?

Enter the current master code followed by the program button, then enter new master code and confirm. The default master code is provided in the manual.

Can I use the lock with a smart home system?

The standard model does not support smart home integration. However, a separate hub may be available for future models.

What is the battery life?

Battery life is up to 12 months under normal usage (10 operations per day). Low battery warning will sound 100 times before depletion.

How to reset the lock to factory settings?

Remove the batteries, wait 10 seconds, reinsert them while holding the program button until you hear a long beep. All codes will be deleted.

Is the lock weatherproof?

The lock is rated for indoor use only. For outdoor applications, install a weather shield (sold separately).

What to do if the lock gets stuck?

Check for misalignment of the strike plate. Lubricate the mechanism with graphite powder. If still stuck, contact Godrej support.
