Frequently Asked Questions - VM-192-B Watson

How do I assemble the vacuum cleaner?
To assemble, attach the hose to the main body, then connect the wand and floor nozzle. Refer to the assembly diagram in the manual.
The vacuum loses suction. What should I do?
Check if the dust bin is full, the filters are clogged, or the hose is blocked. Empty the bin, wash the HEPA filter under cold water, and clear any obstructions.
How often should I clean or replace the filters?
Wash the foam filter every month and replace the HEPA filter every 6-12 months. Do not reuse wet filters; let them dry completely.
Can I use the vacuum on hardwood floors?
Yes, the floor nozzle is designed for both carpets and hard floors. For hardwood, ensure the brush roll is turned off to avoid scratches.
The vacuum suddenly stopped working. What could be the issue?
It may have triggered the thermal overload protection. Unplug it, wait 30 minutes for it to cool down, then restart. If it still doesn't work, check the fuse or contact support.
Where can I purchase replacement dust bags?
Replacement dust bags are available online through Watson's official website or authorized retailers. Use only Watson VM-192-B compatible bags.
How do I clean the crevice tool?
Detach the crevice tool and rinse it with water if needed. Use a small brush to remove debris from the tip. Let it air dry before reattaching.
Is the vacuum safe to use on stairs?
Yes, but be cautious with the cord. Use the crevice tool for tight spaces. Always keep the vacuum stable on a level surface when not in use.
The cord does not retract fully. How to fix?
Make sure the cord is not twisted or obstructed. Gently pull it out and let it retract. If the issue persists, there may be an internal jam; contact customer service.
Can I use the vacuum to pick up liquids?
No, this vacuum is not suitable for wet pickup. Using it on liquids can damage the motor and void the warranty.
