Recommended descaling frequency:

soft water: once every 6 months

medium water hardness: once every 2-3 months

hard water: once every 6-8 weeks

We recommend using descaling liquids especially suited to coffee machines and kettles with plastic housing.

Follow the given instructions. After rinsing the limescale deposits from the water elements of the coffee

machine, perform 3 brews using only water prior to the first coffee brewing.
