Both the Motion Sensing Plug and Door Sensor operate between -10°C and 45°C with humidity below 90%.

How do I pair the Motion Sensing Plug?

Put the plug into pairing mode (the LED pulses every 2 seconds). Then use the Philips Home Safety app to scan and add the device.

How do I reset the Door Sensor?

To hard reset, the LED will blink rapidly for 6 seconds followed by slow pulses for 4 seconds. For soft reset (delete device), the LED pulses twice for 4 seconds.

What type of battery does the Door Sensor use?

It uses a CR2477 3V non-rechargeable coin cell battery. Keep out of reach of children as it is a button battery hazard.
