Precautions for Use
The appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent. This appliance contains batteries that are only replaceable by skilled persons. It must only be supplied at safety extra-low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance. Do not move the massager during use. If you want to change the position to be massaged, please turn it off first; otherwise, there will be a strong stimulation. It is recommended not to overuse the massage function. It is recommended to select the first level of intensity at the beginning of the use of the product. If you feel pain in the waist or around the waist or abdomen, stop using the product immediately. If you feel uncomfortable during use, please stop using this product immediately and consult a doctor. The default massage time of each use is 30 minutes. Adjust the number of uses according to the status of your waist and abdomen. Your waist may turn red for a short time when using the product. This does not mean there is a problem. If this symptom persists and cannot be relieved, please consult a surgeon.
Do not use the product in places with high temperature, flammables, electromagnetic radiation, and humidity. Do not use it while sleeping. Do not cover it with a quilt or blanket when using it. Do not lie or sit on the product. Do not subject the product to heavy impact or load. Do not use the product in a bathroom or shower. Do not exercise vigorously while wearing the product.
Precautions for Maintenance
Please properly dispose of the packaging bag of the product and keep it away from infants. Be sure to unplug the adapter from the socket before cleaning. This product cannot be washed with water. Do not wipe it with corrosive chemicals or contact it with sharp objects. Just wipe and clean with a wet cloth. The product has built-in lithium batteries. Do not disassemble or modify the product by yourself, immerse the product (controller) in water, or toss it into the fire, otherwise the product is likely to be damaged. Do not damage, modify, bend, or pull the power cord with force. Do not place heavy objects on the power cord or squeeze the power cord.
2 Product Features
This product can promote blood circulation in the waist and relieve muscle soreness and other symptoms through vibration massage and warm compress. Its built-in 3D support bar can stabilize the waistline, support the lumbar spinal cord, and prevent the waist from excessive bending. This product is equipped with a cold gel ice pack, which has a calming and relieving effect on muscle sprain injury. There are multiple modes, levels, and temperatures available for choice. It is suitable for different people to use for waist massage and relaxation.

4 How to Use
Preparations Before Use
- Check whether the device and accessories are complete.
- Remove the accessories on the waist or abdomen.
- Wear the massager on the waist and adjust it to a comfortable state.

Operation
Power Function Button
- Press and hold the power function button for 2 seconds to turn on/off. After power-on, the massager will enter the wake-up mode, vibration level 1, and warm compress at 40°C by default, and the buzzer will make a long sound of "drip~". The status indicator turns orange, and the middle of the screen displays the current temperature.
- Press the power function button to turn on/off the heating function, and the buzzer makes a sound "drip~". When the heating is turned on, the status indicator lamp ring turns orange; when the heating is off, the status indicator lamp ring turns blue.
- The default timing of the product is 30 minutes. It is set to shut down automatically after 30 minutes of operation and enter the power-off state, and the buzzer will make a long sound of "drip~".
Mode Adjustment Button
Press the button to switch the massage modes (wake-up mode - energizing mode - relaxing mode - soothing mode - massage off) circularly. During the adjustment, the corresponding mode display lamp will turn white, and the buzzer will make a sound of "drip~" for each adjustment.
Vibration Level Button
Press the button to adjust the vibration (level 1-level 2-level 3) circularly. During the adjustment, the corresponding mode display lamp will turn white, the display screen will display the vibration level (L1-L2-L3), and then automatically switch to temperature display 2 seconds later. The buzzer will make a sound of "drip~" for each adjustment.
Temperature Adjustment Button
Press the temperature "<", ">" buttons to adjust the temperature (40°C, 45°C, 50°C, 55°C) circularly, and the display screen in the middle will display the current selected temperature. The buzzer will make a sound of "drip~" for each adjustment.
Lock Screen Button
- When the device is working normally, press and hold the button for 2 seconds to lock / unlock the screen. The buzzer will make a sound of "drip~" for each adjustment.
- If the hot compress function is turned on when the device screen is locked, the lamp ring will flash orange slowly.
- If the hot compress function is turned off when the device screen is locked, the lamp ring will flash blue slowly.
Charging
- Insert the charging plug into the charging port on the side of the battery holder;
- Plug the charger plug into a 100-240V~, 50/60Hz power socket;
- When charging, the indicator lamp ring flashes blue like breathing until the massager is fully charged, then the blue lamp remains on;
- It takes about 4.5 hours to fully charge the product.

When the battery remaining capacity is lower than 10%, the indicator lamp ring will flash blue quickly for 5 seconds. The buzzer will make a long sound of "drip~", and the product will be powered off. Power off the product before charging. Do not use the product while charging it.

5 Maintenance
Cleaning
- Maintenance of controller: Wipe the massager with a dry soft cloth or a dry towel when it is dirty.
- Maintenance of the fabric area: The fabric area should not be washed. Sterilize the fabric and remove the sweat stains with alcohol or wipe it with a clean wet towel for cleaning and maintenance.

During maintenance, be sure to unplug the power cord, but do not unplug the cord with wet hands.
Storage
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not put it in places with direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity.
- Keep it in a dry and ventilated place.
Disposal
The lithium-ion battery used in this product is a valuable resource that can be recycled. Take out the lithium-ion battery when it is used up and discarded, and then hand it over to a professional institution that can recycle the rechargeable batteries for disposal.
Steps to remove the battery:
Pry open the transparent cover with an appropriate tool, unscrew the four screws with a cross screwdriver, and then take out the digital light bracket. Pick up the electronic board assembly, and then take out the battery pack (users are prohibited from replacing the battery by themselves).
It is prohibited to replace the battery by users themselves; Be sure to remove the battery from the device before disposal; The product must be powered off before the battery is removed; The battery must be disposed of in a safe manner.
