Place stones inside the portable massage heating warmer. Make sure all stones are placed flat and not stacked on top of one another.

STEP 2

Connect the temperature controller to the portable massage heating warmer.

STEP 3

Connect the power cord to the temperature controller and then plug power cord into a power outlet.

STEP 4

Press the power button on the temperature controller & set desired temperature or heating time. Wait about 10-15 minutes and the stone will be ready to use.

*Heating time depends on the ambient temperature and usage.
