Thank you for your choice of Speco Technologies' ER370 Megaphone. This unit is designed and manufactured to provide a mobile source for voice amplification. The durable, weatherproof construction ensures long-life, and the included carrying strap and built-in siren help make this an extremely versatile unit.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:

1) To begin operation, move the selector switch to "ON."
2) To make an announcement, hold the megaphone by the grip and slide the press-to-talk trigger switch back with your index finger.
3) Bring the microphone mouthpiece close to your mouth and speak with a loud voice.
4) Turn volume control dial on back of grip to adjust to the optimal sound level and to avoid feedback.
5) To use the siren, move the selector switch to "Siren" and pull trigger.
6) To stop using siren, move selector switch back to "ON" if you wish to make an announcement, or "OFF."
7) When not in use, the selector switch should be kept in the "OFF" position to minimize battery drain.

To insert batteries:

1) Open battery compartment on the back of unit.
2) Place four C-type batteries in each battery case, observing correct polarity.
3) Insert battery case with batteries into the compartment of the megaphone, and close cover.

NOTE: Remove batteries when the ER370 is not in use for an extended period of time.

We warranty this product to be free from any manufacturing or material defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

In no event shall we be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, or for any delay in the use of this product due to causes beyond our control.
