Frequently Asked Questions - GT-CHM-01 DELTA

How do I use the chocolate fountain?
Plug in the fountain and allow the base to preheat. Add melted chocolate to the basin, select speed, and adjust flow as needed.
What type of chocolate should I use?
Use couverture chocolate or candy melts with added oil for smooth flow. Avoid regular chocolate used for baking.
Can I use white chocolate or compound chocolate?
Yes, white chocolate and compound chocolate work well. Thin them with coconut oil or vegetable oil for proper consistency.
How do I clean the chocolate fountain?
Wait for the fountain to cool, then disassemble. Wash tiers and basin with warm soapy water. Do not immerse the motor base in water.
Why is the chocolate not flowing?
The chocolate may be too thick. Add more oil to thin it, or increase the temperature setting. Also check that the auger is properly installed.
Is the fountain safe to leave unattended?
It is recommended to supervise the fountain while in use. The automatic shut-off feature helps prevent overheating, but do not leave unattended for long periods.
Can I use the fountain for other liquids?
This fountain is designed for chocolate only. Using cheese, fondue, or other liquids may clog the unit and void the warranty.
What is the maximum amount of chocolate?
The fountain holds up to 1 kg of melted chocolate. Overfilling may cause overflow and damage.
How long does it take to melt chocolate?
Preheating takes about 5-10 minutes. For best results, melt chocolate separately before adding to the fountain.
Where can I find replacement parts?
Contact Delta customer service or check authorized retailers. Use only genuine parts for safety and performance.
