Why is the power indicator light not on?

Check if the power is on and if the power cord is properly connected. Ensure the outlet is working.

I cannot use plug-and-play. What should I do?

The picture is too dim. How can I fix it?

Adjust the Brightness and Contrast settings in the OSD menu.

The picture flickers or has ripples. What causes this?

This may be due to electronic interference from nearby appliances. Move the monitor away from such devices.

The power light is on (blinking) but there is no picture. What now?

Check that the PC is powered on and the graphics card is properly seated. Verify the signal cable is correctly connected and that no pins are bent. Press the Caps Lock key on the keyboard to see if the PC is responsive.

Some colors are missing (red, green, or blue). How to troubleshoot?

Inspect the signal cable pins for any bending or damage. Replace the cable if necessary.

The picture is not centered or the size is wrong.

Press the AUTO button (hotkey) to automatically adjust the horizontal/vertical position and size.

The white appears tinted or color difference is visible.

Adjust the RGB color settings or reselect the color temperature (Cool/Warm/User) in the OSD menu.

Screen fonts are blurry under VGA signal.

Select the Auto Adjust option (E icon) in the OSD to automatically optimize the image.

Screen colors are wrong under VGA signal.

While displaying a white screen, select Auto color in the OSD to correct the white balance.

Image Persistence

This product is not designed to have a fixed image patterns on the screen for extended periods of time.

I. Safety Prevention Measures

2. Angle Adjustment

2.1 The screen can be adjusted by inc lining for rwa rd and backward; however, the specific adjustment depends on the specific model of the de vic e. Generally, it may be inclined 5±2° for war d and d 15±2° backward.

2.2 When adjusting the angle of the monitor, be sure not to touch or press the area of the screen.

Before connecting the LCD monitor to the PC, please power down the PC and the monitor.

Connect the power cord of the monitor into the POWER port in the back of the monitor.

2 VGA Port

Connect the VGA cable into the VGA IN port in the back of the monitor (this needs the support of the monitor).
