How do I pair the baby unit with the parent unit?

Press and hold the Pair button on the baby unit for 3 seconds until the LED flashes. Then, on the parent unit, go to Menu > Pair and select the device. Confirm by pressing OK.

What is the battery life of the parent unit?

The parent unit has a lithium-ion battery that lasts up to 10 hours under normal use. Charging takes approximately 4 hours.

Can I use the monitor at night?

Yes, the baby unit features infrared night vision with a range of up to 5 meters, allowing you to see your baby clearly in low light conditions.

How do I adjust the volume on the parent unit?

Use the Volume +/- buttons on the side of the parent unit. You can also mute the speaker by pressing the Mute button once.

What should I do if the monitor loses connection?

First, check that both units are within range (up to 300 meters outdoors). If the connection is lost, the parent unit will beep. Press the Rescan button to re-establish the link.

How do I play lullabies?

Press the Lullaby button on the baby unit to cycle through the preloaded melodies. You can adjust the volume using the Volume controls on the baby unit.

Is the monitor safe for my baby?

Yes, the Lionelo Isa is made from BPA-free materials and has low EMF emissions. It meets all relevant safety standards (CE, FCC).

Can I use more than one baby unit?

Yes, you can pair up to two baby units with one parent unit. To add a second unit, repeat the pairing process with the new device.

How do I clean the monitor?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surfaces. Do not use any liquids or cleaners, as they may damage the electronics. For the camera lens, use a microfibre cloth gently.

What does the temperature sensor do?

The temperature sensor on the baby unit monitors the room temperature. If it goes above 30°C or below 15°C, the parent unit will alert you with a notification.

Warranty conditions:

1. The Lionelo brand with its registered office at Dziadoszańska 10, 61-248 Poznań, Poland guarantees that the equipment is operational in accordance with the technical-operating conditions described in the manual.

2. The warranty is granted for a 60 months period from the date of sale. If the Buyer is a company (VAT invoice), the warranty is granted for a 12-month period.

3. The warranty is valid in the country of purchase.

4. Revealed manufacturing defects shall be removed during the warranty period free of charge by the Authorised Manufacturer Service.

5. Any defects or damages discovered and reported within the warranty period will be removed free of charge within 21 working days, but in justifiable cases (for instance, spare parts must be brought from abroad) this period may be extended by another 30 days.

6. Any defects or damages to the equipment should be reported and delivered to the service site immediately after being revealed.

7. Accessories included with the devices are under 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

8. In case of an unjustified complaint (a complaint of efficient product or the mechanically damaged one), the person who reports a complaint shall be charged for transportation cost.

9. The Customer is entitled to replacement of the product to another with the same or similar specifications (and) colours if the Service determines that the removal of defects is not possible.

10. The service is not responsible for any loss of data.

11. The warranty will be respected only if the customer attaches (to the faulty device) a damage description, all of the accessories received at the moment of the equipment purchase, and proof of purchase containing the date of sale.

12. The warranty does not cover: natural wear of the product related to its normal operation, damage resulted from improper usage or non-compliance of the instructions described in the manual, tears or cracks caused by the Customer, fading of fabric resulting from prolonged exposure to sunlight or washing the product or its parts in the wrong temperature, mechanical, electrical, thermal and intentional damages and defects caused by them, as well as damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs.

13. The Service may refuse to repair products in case of any traces of unauthorised repair.

14. If the fault is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, paid repair may be offered by the Service.

15. Neither the Manufacturer nor the Authorised Service is responsible for any damages or losses arising from the inability to use the device that is being repaired.

16. The product that has not been collected from the service site within 3 months can be charged with storage cost appropriate to the storage time.

17. Delivery of the product which is incomplete or lack of proper packaging is equivalent to the failure of the warranty conditions by the Buyer, and it can provide a basis to refusal of the repair or extension of the repair period.

18. In case of sending the product for repair, when no defect is found, the expenses for the expert assessment shall be fully borne by the consumer.

19. If the product (sent for repair) works properly, and the reason of its invalid operation is, for instance, a low battery, the Consumer shall bear the cost of the expert assessment.

20. The product warranty shall not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer rights resulting from the guarantee.

21. Only clean products in original or replacement packagings can be reclaimed.

Designed for children aged 4 to 12 months, up to a maximum of 12kg and to be used in front of a carrier's torso.

The carriage is designed only for children who can maintain the head independently.

Only adult use.

Do not use children's products if they are incomplete or if any of them are damaged.

Before using the product, ensure that all strips are properly adjusted and the locks are closed.

Only use accessories that are sold or approved by the manufacturer. Using other accessories may be dangerous.

Only use spare parts recommended by the manufacturer or distributor. Never make modifications or repairs without consulting the manufacturer.

If the carrier is equipped with a detachable head restraint, it must not be removed before the child can sit alone without supporting the head.

Carefully hold the baby when you insert the baby carrier and remove it from the baby carrier to prevent the child from falling.

Keep your child firmly at all times.

Make sure the baby is properly seated in the carrier.

Make sure your baby carrier is properly adjusted to the size of your baby.

Make sure there is enough space around your baby's face to ensure adequate airflow.

Consult a physician before use in children with low birth weight and children

WAYS TO USE

1. Front carry - inward-facing position

- for children from 4 to 12 months, and up to 12 kg.

- The headrest and waist belt must be attached to the baby carrier.

- Place a child in the baby carrier and secure them with lower belts.

- Put the baby carrier (with the child inside) on your arms. Then tie both shoulder belts together.

- Fasten the waist belt attaching the baby carrier to the person who carries the baby.

- Adjust the length of all belts

- Detach the headrest from the baby carrier, the waist belt must be attached.

- Place a child in the baby carrier and secure them with lower belts.

- Put the baby carrier (with the child inside) on your arms. Then tie both shoulder belts together.

- Fasten the lower belt attaching the baby carrier to the person who carries the baby.

- Adjust the length of all belts

WARNING

- Your balance may be disturbed by your and your baby's movements;

- Exercise caution when tilting and tilting;

- This carrier is not suitable for use in sports activities;

- When carrying a child in a nosepiece do not perform homework that could cause injury to the child (eg, ironing, cooking, drinking hot beverages, using sharp tools, etc.);

- Before each use make sure that all straps, buckles, latches and regulations are properly set and secured. Make sure your baby carrier is properly adjusted to the size of your baby. An improperly fitted baby carrier can cause the baby to fall out or fall out.
