Press the power button; the LED indicator will light up showing the remaining battery level. Usually 4 LEDs represent 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.

Yes, the PB15 supports pass-through charging, but it may generate more heat. It is recommended to avoid extended use in this mode.

What does the LED indicator mean?

When charging, LEDs flash to indicate progress. When charging devices, steady LEDs show remaining power. If only one LED flashes, it's low on battery.

How to clean the Valore PB15?

Disconnect all cables. Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.

My power bank stopped working. What can I do?

START USING THE 10000MAH POWER BANK

1) Charging the power bank

Connect your power bank to the USB adapter (2.0A) using the charging cable provided. When the LED indicator displays 4 lit indicator, it indicates that the battery is fully charged.

Power level:

1 LED : <25%

2 LED : <50%

3 LED : <75%

4 LED: < / = 100%

Note: Fully charge the power bank for at least 14-16 hours before first use. This is to maximise the battery performance and prolonging the life of lithium ion batteries. Recharge your power bank once every three months when not in use or seldom used.

2) Charging of devices

Connect your power bank to your mobile device's micro usb port using the Micro USB cable, 8-pin cable and adaptor provided.

3) Pairing the wireless speaker (switched off)

Switch on the power button located at the top of the power bank. Press and hold the Bluetooth On/Off button for 3 seconds till the Bluetooth LED indicator starts to flash. Search and connect to 'Valore PB15' on your mobile device to complete pairing. Onces connected, Bluetooth LED indicator will be solid blue.

Press and hold the Bluetooth On/Off button to turn off Bluetooth speaker.

3) Button functions

Multi-functional button - Short press to play and pause music

- Long press to control mobile phone's camera shutter

Volume + / Next song - Short press to go to next song

- Long press to increase volume

Volume - / Previous song - Short press to go to previous song

- Long press to decrease volume

TROUBLESHOOTING

Issue 1:

Power bank is unable to charge your mobile device

Problem 1: Power bank battery is flat

Solution: Fully charge the power bank and resume charging your mobile device.

Issue 2:

Power bank drains off quickly

Problem: Running multiple applications on your mobile device

Solution: Turn off all running applications on the mobile device and leave it to charge till full.

Extra consumption of energy would be due to heat produced during the charging of your mobile device.

Issue 3:

Unable to charge (power indicator is not flashing)

Problem 1: The voltage of the power adapter is too low.

Solution: Use 5V supply with at least 800mAh for charging.

Problem 2: Faulty cable

Solution: Check the cable to ensure that it is well connected or replace damaged cables.
