Frequently Asked Questions - Q975 Danish Design

How do I set the time on my Danish Design Q975 watch?
Pull the crown out to the first position (date setting) or second position (time setting). Turn the crown to adjust. Push the crown back in when finished.
How do I set the date?
Pull the crown to the first position and turn it clockwise until the correct date appears. Push back in.
Is the Q975 watch water resistant?
Yes, it has a water resistance rating of 3 ATM, meaning it can withstand splashes and brief immersion. Do not swim or shower with it.
How do I change the battery?
We recommend a professional jewelery replacement. If you do it yourself, remove the back cover carefully and replace the battery with a new SR626SW, ensuring correct polarity.
What type of battery does it use?
The Q975 uses a SR626SW silver oxide battery.
How do I clean my Danish Design watch?
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the case and strap. Avoid using chemicals or abrasives. For leather straps, keep away from moisture.
Can I adjust the strap length?
Most Danish Design watches with leather straps have buckle adjustments. You can also have the strap shortened by a jeweler.
The watch is running fast/slow. What should I do?
Quartz watches are generally accurate. If it's significantly off, the battery may be low or the movement may be magnetized. Try a demagnetizer or replace the battery.

Danish Design offers a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Keep your proof of purchase.
My watch stopped working. How can I troubleshoot?
First, check if the crown is pulled out. If not, try replacing the battery. If still not working, contact a service center or the retailer.
