Frequently Asked Questions - PID 13083 MONOPRICE

How do I check the battery level of the power bank?
Press the Power button once. The four LED Power Level Indicators will illuminate to show the current charge level (0-5%, 6-25%, 26-50%, 51-75%, 76-100%). The LEDs turn off after about 7 seconds.
How do I turn on the flashlight?
Press the Power button twice in quick succession (double-click) to toggle the built-in LED flashlight on or off.
How can I charge the power bank itself?
Connect the included micro USB cable to the Micro USB Input Port on the power bank and the other end to a USB power source (wall charger, computer USB port, or another power bank). The LEDs will blink to indicate charging progress. When all four LEDs are solid, it is fully charged.
Can I charge two devices at the same time?
Yes, the power bank has two USB Output ports. USB1 provides up to 1A and USB2 up to 2A. You can charge two devices simultaneously.
What should I do if the power bank won't charge my device?
First, ensure the power bank is fully charged. Check cable connections and try a different charging cable. Verify your device is compatible with power banks. Try charging a different device to isolate the issue.
How do I know when the power bank is fully charged?
When charging, the LED indicators will blink sequentially. Once all four LEDs are solidly illuminated (not blinking), the power bank is fully charged. Unplug the cable.
Is the power bank waterproof?
No, the power bank is not waterproof. Do not expose it to water or moisture of any kind to avoid damage.
How do I clean the power bank?
Use only a dry, soft cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with warm water. Do not use chemical solvents, cleaners, or soap.
What safety precautions should I take?
Do not expose the power bank to temperatures above +140°F (+60°C) or to fire, as the Lithium-ion battery could explode. Keep away from children and corrosive materials. Do not attempt to open or service the device.
How often should I recharge the power bank if not in use?
To maintain battery health, charge the power bank at least once every three months. Avoid fully depleting the battery; if the LEDs no longer illuminate, cease use and charge immediately.
