Arzum Softy Hair Removal is designed to be used on all your sensitive areas including individual facial hairs on the chin, legs, bikini line and underarms.

Before using your Arzum Softy Hair Removal, please read this instruction manual carefully and completely.

Attention

Do not use your appliance in a bathtub filled-in with water, washbasin, etc. where it may be immersed or dropped into water. If the hair removal drops into water do not try to take out of water without unplugging the unit.

Arzum Softyl Hair Removal can be used with the adapter supplied with the unit, after being plugged into an electric outlet.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Before using your appliance for the first time, familiarize yourself with the feeling given by the unit when removing hair from the root. We suggest that you try the unit on the back of your hand. The slight sensation you feel will diminish over time and you will be hair free for 4-6 weeks.
• Your unit is only intended to remove single hairs from the upper lip and chin. Hold area taut, and use a small brushing motion. Arzum Softy Hair Removal is NOT an electric shaver and should NOT be used like an electric shaver on your entire face. Using the unit like an electric shaver, without holding the skin taut, could potentially allow the appliance to pinch or grab the skin, which could cause irritation and skin damage.

• Before removing the hair from bikini line and underarms it is important to use a fiber sponge or exfoliation cream in a warm shower or bath to remove dead skin and help minimize the chance or occurrence of ingrown hairs. If it has been an extended amount of time since you have removed hair from your bikini line and underarms, trim the hair with a scissor or trimmer. Make sure to hold your skin taut with one hand while removing hair.

• Removing hair from the root can cause ingrown hair. If you know that you are prone to ingrown hair, removing hair from the root may not be suitable for you. Regular skin massaging with a massaging glove or loofa, may help reduce the chance or concurrence of ingrown hairs.

• You can use your appliance with the adapter supplied with the unit, after being plugged into an electric outlet.
• Use your Arzum Softy Hair Removal in a location that has a comfortable temperature in which it will not cause perspiration.
• Make sure that the areas you wish to remove hair from are clean, dry, and free from moisturizing cream or oil.

USING THE DEPILATION HEAD

• Remove the protective cap, by gently pulling, from your unit.
• Turn your unit to the desired speed, low is recommended for fine hair and high is recommended for coarse hair.

• To minimize discomfort, hold the skin taut surrounding the area from which you are removing hair.
• Position your appliance so that it is vertical against your skin, at a 90^ angle.
• Gently slide your unit in short, quick, brush like or sweeping strokes in the direction of hair growth. For your protection, your appliance may slow down, or stop operating completely if it is pressed too hard against the skin.
• Slide the appliance on the same area until you remove all the unwanted hair. The life of your unit depends upon the density, quantity, and type of your hair. Your using time will shorten since you will have less hair after regular use for a few months.
• Clean your appliance after every use, to ensure using for many years and obtaining best results.

CLEANING THE DEPILATION HEAD

• Your regular cleaning and care of your Arzum Softy Hair Removal will extend the life of your unit.
• Turn your appliance to off "0" position.
  • Unplug the unit from electric outlet.

• Before removing the depilation head, pull out the plastic cap located on the head, which protects the tweezers, by gently pushing on each side of the head.

- Use the brush provided with the unit to brush out any hair that has accumulated on the tweezers.

- Replace the plastic cap that protects the tweezers, by pressing lightly on the depilation head until it clicks into place.

• After replacing the transparent cover of the depilation head in its place, remove the depilation head from the unit by pressing the release button on the side of the unit.
- Use the brush provided with the unit to remove any hair that has accumulated between the depilation head and the main unit.
- Replace the depilation head by pressing until it clicks into place on the main unit.

When placing the depilation head into the unit, make sure that the teethed wheel on the unit and the teethed wheel on the depilation head line up.

Do not clean the appliance using water or other liquids. Disc heads may be scoured by rubbing with alcohol.

HYGIENE

• To clean the stainless steel tweezers, use rubbing alcohol on the tip of the tweezers with a cotton swab that has been squeezed dry. Before using such cotton swab, make sure that it is not soaked with alcohol. Do not use any other liquid to clean this unit.
• Depilation is for private use only. In accordance with the hygiene rules, this kind of tool must not be used by others.

USING THE SPECIAL SHAVER HEAD FOR SENSITIVE AREAS

• Turn your appliance to off "0" position.
  • Unplug the unit from electric outlet.
  • Gently remove the depilation head from the unit by pressing the release button on the side of the unit.
• Attach the shaver head and slightly pres until it clicks into place.

ATTENTION

When placing the shaver head into the unit, make sure that the teethed wheel on the unit and the teethed wheel on the shaving attachment line up.

• Remove the protective cover on the head.
• The shaver head should only be used at the High Speed "2" setting.
• Hold your appliance so that it is vertical against your skin, at a 90^ angle (in the upright position). This allows the shaver to trap the hair

• To ensure more speedy and effective shave with special shaving attachment trim hairs that are longer than 10mm, before using your unit.

CLEANING THE SPECIAL SHAVER HEAD FOR SENSITIVE AREAS

• Turn your appliance off to "0" position.
  • Unplug the unit from electric outlet.
• Separate the foil section plastic cover by pressing the foil release buttons on both sides of the head, before disassembling the special shaver head from the main unit.

- Clean the hairs that have remained on the foil and blade, by using the brush which supplied with the unit.

- You can clean the foil by gently tapping it on a flat surface.

- Replace the folio section plastic cover on the special shaver head mounted in the main unit, by slightly pressing until it clicks into place. Then, replace the transparent protective cap on the special shaver head.

- Remove the special shaver head by pressing the head release buttons on both sides of the main unit.

- Clean the hairs that have remained on the main unit, by using the brush which is supplied with the unit.
