• People who are unable to express their will or who cannot operate the machine themselves to use the product.
• Please stop using immediately when you feel lower back pain, dizziness, vomiting, palpitation and other abnormal body reactions during use.
• This product is set for 15-minute timing at a time. Do not use it for no more than 15 minutes each time. After each use, stop the device for 30 minutes to ensure the extension of its service life.
• Do not use the product under the following circumstances:

• When you are drunk

Precautions for Use

The appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using the appliance. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent. This appliance contains batteries that are only replaceable by skilled persons. Must be only supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.

When this product is not in use, the USB charging cable must be unplugged. Charge the device with a 5V---1A adapter (purchased by yourself). Before use, check whether the power function button and the charging cable are in normal use. Check whether the product is intact before use. If any damage is found, regardless of its extent, stop using the product immediately. Remove the dust on the charger on a regular basis. The accumulated dust on the plug is likely to cause poor insulation due to humidity, and eventually lead to fire. If you cannot use it or feel abnormal, stop using it immediately and unplug the USB charging cable. In case of power cut, please unplug the USB charging cable. Do not remove the cover at the time of use of the device, for it is easy to cause an accident. Do not use the device when your body is wet, otherwise it is easy to get an electric shock. Do not pull the product with force, nor stab it with a knife or a sharp object. Do not stand on the device or use the device as a toy so as to avoid accidents. Do not load and ballast the USB charging cable or cause damage to it. Do not disassemble, modify or repair the product by yourself, nor unzip the product by yourself.

Precautions for the Operation Place

Do not cover the product with a towel or cloth during use. Do not use the product near a bathtub, shower, or washbasin containing water, or near other high-humidity vessels. Do not use the product near a stove, inside an electric heating quilt, or on an electric blanket or similar heating appliances, as this can easily cause fire or malfunction.

Precautions for Maintenance

Allow the device to cool down before storing. Be sure to unplug the USB charging cable during maintenance. Keep out of reach of children. Be sure to unplug the USB charging cable if the product is not in use for a long time. If the product is not in use for a long time, clean it first, then properly pack and store it. It is recommended to charge it once every month. Be sure to confirm whether the switch is normal before using it again if it has not been used for a long time. The product is equipped with a simple shockproof facility and is suitable for air, railway, road, and ship transportation. Keep away from rain and snow splashing, inversion, and collision during transportation. Check the device regularly for any signs of wear or damage. If such signs are present, or if the device has been misused, it should be returned to the supplier before reuse. Do not pour water on the product. Do not use it for two people at the same time. Do not exert great force on the product intentionally. Do not use the product in a bathroom or in places with high humidity. Do not use the product in places with room temperature above 35 °C or in places with direct sunlight. Do not drop the main unit or the charger. Do not strike it strongly. Do not use volatile oil, thinner, alcohol, strong alkaline detergent, bleach, or other cleaning agents for maintenance.

This product vibrates the cervical region with micro-frequency through its four silicone massage nodes. Combined with its warm compress function, it can relieve stiff and sore neck muscles. It is suitable for different people for neck massage and care.

Preparations Before Use

1. Check if the device and its accessories are complete.
2. Remove pendants and accessories during use to avoid affecting the part to be massaged.
3. Wrap the neck massager around your neck (or other parts that need to be massaged) and fix it with the lock catch.

Operation

1. Power Function Button

① Press and hold the power function button for 2 seconds to start the device, then the device will enter Vibration Mode 1 (white light) by default. In this mode, the vibration intensity is low (green light), and the warm compress is working at low level (green light, and the buzzer rings once). ② Press and hold the power function button for 2 seconds to turn off the device, then both the vibration and the warm compress are turned off, and the indicator light is off (the buzzer keeps ringing). ③ Press the power function button to switch the vibration modes in cycle: - Mode 1: The indicator light turns white and the buzzer rings once - Mode 2: The indicator light turns ice blue and the buzzer rings twice - Mode 3: The indicator light turns dark blue and the buzzer rings three times.

2. Warm Compress Button

Under the power-on state, press the warm compress button to switch the levels for warm compress.

• Warm compress in low level (The indicator light turns green and the buzzer rings once).
• Warm compress in high level (The indicator light turns orange and the buzzer rings twice).
• Turn off the warm compress (The indicator light is off and the buzzer rings for 2 seconds).

3. Vibration Intensity Button

Under the power-on state, press the vibration intensity button to switch the vibration intensities.

• Low vibration intensity (The indicator light turns green and the buzzer rings once).
• High vibration intensity (The indicator light turns orange and the buzzer rings twice).
• Turn off the vibration (The indicator light is off and the buzzer keeps ringing).
• Charging Instructions

① In the charging state, the buttons will not function any more.

When the battery is low, both the vibration and warm compress functions will be turned off automatically, the blue indicator light will flash, and the buzzer will remind you to charge the product.

At the time of charging, the dark blue indicator light will be flashing slowly, other symbols will be off, and the product cannot be started. It takes about 4 hours to fully charge the product. When the product is fully charged, the dark blue indicator light remains on.

5 Maintenance

Cleaning

1. Remove the dust from the cloth cover of the product with a vacuum cleaner rather than by patting.
2. Wipe off the dirt on the surface with a clean rag.
3. For the heavy dirt, dampen a rag with the neutral detergent and then gently wipe it. Prevent the water from entering the product. Let it air dry.
4. Do not put it in places with direct sunlight or in places with high humidity after use. If the product is not used for a long time, remember to remove the dirt first, and then properly cover it with a cloth to avoid dust.
5. Disposal: In order to protect the environment, do not discard it at random. Please discard each part according to their disposal methods.
6. During the maintenance, the USB charging cable must be unplugged, but do not use a wet hand to unplug the cable.

Disposal

The lithium-ion battery used in this product is a valuable resource that can be recycled. Take out the lithium-ion battery when it is used up and discarded, and then hand it over to a professional institution that can recycle the rechargeable batteries for disposal.

Use an appropriate tool to pry open the metal parts of the bottom shell, and then pick up the electronic board assembly to take out the battery pack inside it (The battery cannot be replaced by users arbitrarily);
