Getting Started

1. Remove the clear protective cover sheets from the round metal electrodes.
2. Unwrap and place the reusable gel pads over the electrodes. After the gel pads are in place, remove the blue protective film from each gel pad. NOTE: Do not throw away the blue protective films, as you can use them to cover the gel pads when not in use. This will extend the life and conductivity of the gel pads.
3. Attach the adjustable head strap. Please note: each buckle should click easily into place. If it does not click into place, flip the buckle over and try the other side. Do not force it into place.
4. Place the Double Chin Reducing Massager over your head and adjust the strap for a snug but comfortable fit. The "V" hinge should be on your neck, just behind your chin.
5. Long press (3 seconds) the power button on the Double Chin Reducing Massager to turn the device on.
6. Long press (3 seconds) the power button on the remote to turn the remote on.
