Headset and frame compatibility: BBB Semi-Integrated headsets can only be used in bicycle frames specifically designed for press-in cups (Semi-Integrated). Before installing make sure your frame's head tube has the correct specific and unique bore diameter, depth and profiles.
Important: The press-in cups must be pressed in the frame's head tube by a qualified mechanic using a good quality headset press. It is important to press on the outer flange only, to prevent damaging the cups.
Headset installation: Follow instructions for proper headset installation. [1-10] Important: The top of the steerer tube must be 3mm below the top of the stem. We strongly advise you to let a qualified mechanic cut the steerer tube at the correct length. Remove burrs from the area of the cut before installing
