How do I open the whiteboard application?

From the homepage, slide up from the bottom of the screen to open the Apps list, then tap the Whiteboard app icon. Alternatively, use the side menu if enabled.

How can I connect the display to a WiFi network?

Go to Homepage → Settings → Network → Wireless network. Select your WiFi network and enter the password.

How do I use the NFC feature for user authentication?

First, create a user account via Homepage → Settings → System → Multiple users → Add user. Then go to Settings → Connected devices → NFC and hold an NFC card near the sensing area. After adding the card, you can assign an identity and use it to unlock the associated user account.

How can I set up a WiFi hotspot from the monitor?

Navigate to Homepage → Settings → Network → Set hotspot. Configure the hotspot name and password, then enable it.

How do I annotate on the screen?

Use the Annotation tool from the side menu or the all shortcuts menu. You can write freely on the screen with the touch pen or finger. Various drawing tools, erasers, and zoom options are available.

How does the Multi Display feature work?

The Multi Display function allows you to extend the large-screen application to up to three external displays via wired projection. You can show three different applications simultaneously on the main screen and connected displays.

How can I adjust the side menu settings?

The side menu is hidden by default. To enable it, go to Homepage → Settings → Display and turn on Side menu switch. Then it will appear on the home screen edges.

What environmental sensors are available and how to view data?

The device includes sensors for temperature, humidity, PM2.5, and carbon dioxide. Enable the environmental sensors switch in Settings → Display or Advanced Features. Once enabled, the readings will appear in the upper right corner of the screen.

How do I clean the touch screen safely?

Turn off the device and unplug the power. Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the screen. Do not use any liquid cleaners, abrasive materials, or spray directly on the screen. Avoid moisture ingress.

What should I do if the display is not responding to touch?

First, ensure the touch USB-B cable is properly connected between the display and a computer if using external touch. Restart the device. If the issue persists, check for software updates in Settings → System → About or contact InFocus support.
