USER MANUAL SC399 Khind

Please read this manual carefully before operating this product. Keep this manual handy for future reference.

1. Read all instructions before using appliance. 使用前请先详读此说明书。

2. Check if the power supply matches the specifications mentioned before operation. 使用前先检查户内电源是否适用于此机的规格。

3. Insert plug to the AC mains securely. Do not operate with wet hands or when the plug is wet. 连接插头至插座，不要用潮湿的手或湿的插头来操作此机。

4. The ceramic inner pot cannot be used on naked flame. It will crack and voids warranty. 不能在明火上使用陶瓷锅以避免破裂及丧失保修。

5. Always practise extreme caution when moving the appliance if it contains hot oil or hot liquids. 移动烫汤锅时，如里面装有热油或热水的话要多加注意及小心。

6. Do not operate appliance near hot ovens or other appliances that are emitting high temperatures. 不要在热烤炉或其他发出高温的电器附近操作此煲汤锅。

7. Stay away from the Steam Vent during cooking operations. Hot steam emitted from the vent may scald your hands or face. 煲汤锅操作时应远离蒸汽孔。从蒸汽孔发出的热气会烫伤手或脸。

8. Closed the lid properly and do not remove the lid while the water is boiling. 将顶盖盖好，请勿在水沸腾时打开顶盖。

9. Do not fill water below the Minimum Water Line or above the Maximum Water Line in the Ceramic Pot. It may cause malfunction or damage to the appliance. 在陶瓷锅内装水时，不要低于最低水线或超过最高水线。这将导致煲汤锅故障及损坏。

10. When inserting the socket to Cooker Body, Insert firmly to ensure good contact. Loose contact may cause sparking in the area and cause damage to appliance or may cause fire. 应稳固的将电源线插入煲汤锅的插座，确保其接头紧密，接头疏松将导致其周围发出火花及损坏电饭锅或着火。

11. The appliance will emit a soft 'Dee .. Dee' sound when in cooking operation. This is normal. 烹煮时，煲汤锅将发出“嘀..嘀”声，此乃正常。

12. Do not use the appliance other that its intended purposes. Don't use accessories other than what is approved by Khind-Mistral (M) Sdn Bhd. 不要使用熨烫锅于其他用途。不要使用不被 Khind-Mistral (M) Sdn Bhd 批准以外的其他配件。

13. Do not cover steam vent when using this appliance. 使用此煲汤锅时，不要遮盖蒸汽孔。

14. Do not cook food directly in the Aluminium Pot In the appliance. 不要直接在铝锅内烹煮食物。

15. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. 此电器不适合这些人士使用；小孩，体力弱及感官，精神上有障碍，缺少经验及知识者；除非有人监督或指示如何操作，并负责操作人的安全。 小孩需紧密的监督。此电器严禁被小孩当玩具玩。

Caution 注意事项

1. This appliance is intended for household use only, not for commercial use. 此煲汤锅只适合家庭使用，不可用于商业用途。

2. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. 当电源线损坏时，请送往维修中心，所授权的维修中心或拥有同等技术的人士替换。

3. Do not move the appliance during cooking process. 烹煮时，不要移动此机。

4. Handle the inner pot with care. All ceramics are fragile. 小心使用陶瓷内锅。因为陶瓷锅易碎。

5. Do not operate this appliance in humid or high temperature environment. 请勿在潮湿或高温的环境下操作此电器。

6. The inner surfaces of the Outer Body will be very hot after any cooking process. Do not clean immediately after cooking. 烹煮后，外锅的内部会很热。不要马上清洗。

7. The Ceramic Pot is designed for use in this appliance only. Do not use in other appliances other than its original. 此陶瓷锅适合用于此电器而已，不要把陶瓷锅用于其它的电器。

8. Leave Ceramic Inner Pot and water in the appliance until it cools before discarding the water. 先让陶瓷内锅和里面的水冷却后才把水倒掉。

9. The Aluminium Pot's surface is subject to residual heat after use. Do not touch the surface and any hot parts of the appliance during use or immediately after use. It will be very hot!
   使用后，铝锅表面仍有余热。在使用过程中或使用后不要立即触摸此电器的表面和任何高温部件。小心烫！

10. This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a separate remote control system. 此电器不能利用外部的定时器或独立的遥控器系统操作。

11. When there is no food left to be stewed inside the ceramic inner pot, do not power it on to boil it until dry. When it is not in use, please unplug it. 在陶瓷内锅内未盛炖煮食物时，切勿通电干烧，不再使用时，请拔下电源插头。

12. If the product runs out of water and boils dry, please immediately unplug the power cord and leave the product to cool down. During the cooling process, do not add water into the ceramic inner pot or take the ceramic Inner pot out of the pot body, otherwise, it will do damage to the ceramic Inner pot. 若此电器出现缺水干燥，请立即拔掉电源，让此电器自然冷却。冷却过程不能往陶瓷内锅内加水或将陶瓷内锅移出锅体，否则会导致陶瓷内锅损坏。

Prosedur-prosedur Operasi

Cleaning and maintenance 清洗及保养

1. Always unplug from AC mains when the appliance is not in use or when performing cleaning operations and allow parts to cool down before removing them. 在没有使用煲汤锅或清洗时应拔出插头，使其冷却后才移除。
2. The Ceramic Pot will be very hot after cooking. Allow it to cool down before cleaning. 陶瓷锅在烹煮过后会很烫，让其冷却后再清洗。
3. Clean the Steam Vent after each cooking session. Clogged steam vent will affect cooking results. 每次烹煮过后需将蒸汽孔清理。蒸汽孔组塞将影响烹煮效果。
4. Check & remove the foreign materials inside the cooker body before inserting the ceramic inner pot. 放入陶瓷内锅前，先检查及移出外锅内的异物：
5. Use mild soap water or neutral detergent with a soft cloth to clean. 用温和的清洁剂和软布来清理烫汤锅。
6. Do not use abrasive chemicals or scouring pads, steel wool, metallic brushes to clean. 不要使用具腐蚀性的化学制品或硬刷，钢丝绒，金属刷等来清洗。
7. Do not immerse Cooker Body into water or other liquids when washing. 清洗时，不要将外锅身浸入水或其它液体里。
8. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. 用软布彻底的抹干。
9. Allow it to cool down before washing the ceramic pot. Immersing in cold water or pouring in cold water for soaking and easy cleaning purpose when still hot, may cause the Ceramic Pot to crack. 清洗前先让陶瓷锅冷却。清洗时使用冷水或将冷水倒入热的陶瓷锅内将导致陶瓷锅破裂。
10. For easy cleaning of the ceramic pot, pour hot water or warm water into ceramic inner pot, soak for a few minutes before washing. 为了容易清洗陶瓷内锅，将一些热水或温水倒入陶瓷内锅待浸泡几分钟后才清洗。
11. Repack this appliance in its packing box and store in a ventilated dry space when not in use for an extended period. Humidity may impair performance of this appliance. 如烫汤锅在一段时间没有使用的话，将其重新装箱及储藏在一个通风，干卖的地方。湿气将会影响烫汤锅的性能。

How to use 使用方法

Standby Mode 待机状态

When the appliance is powered on, the screen displays "00:00", indicating that the appliance has entered into the standby mode. 此电器连接电源后，屏幕将显示“00：00”，表示此电器已进入待机状态。

Operating Information on the Ceramic Inner Pot 陶瓷内锅使用说明

The scale mark (L/CUP) Inside the ceramic inner pot provides reference for the water level when using various functions: 陶瓷内钢内的刻度线（L / CUP）表示使用各项功能时的水位参考线：

1. When using the functions of "Rice Porridge", "Multigrain Porridge", "Baby Porridge" etc, the water amount added depends on how many cups of the rice added. For example: when cooking 3/4 cups of rice, you need to add water to the scale mark "3/4" of the "CUP" water level scale line; when cooking 1 and 1/4 cups of rice, you need to add water to the scale mark "1+1/4" of the "CUP" water level scale line (Note: You can properly adjust the water amount added according to your personal preferences and different rice quality). 使用“白米粥”、“五谷粥”、“婴儿粥”等功能时，水量根据米的杯数而定。例：煮3/4杯的米时，需加水室标有“CUP”的水位刻度线“3/4”处；煮1杯再加1/4杯的米时，需加水室标有“CUP”的水位刻度线“1+1/4”处（注：根据个人喜好和所用米质的不同，可适当地调整水量）。

2. When using the functions of "Double Stew Soup", "Chicken Soup", "Ribs Soup", "Fish Soup", "Dessert", "Fast Stew" etc., the water amount should be controlled between the minimum and the maximum water levels of the "L" water level scale mark of the ceramic Inner pot. 使用“老火汤”、“鸡汤”、“排骨汤”、“鱼汤”、“甜品”、“吹炖”等功能时，水量应控制在陶瓷内锅“L”水位刻底线的最低水位和最高水位之间。

Operating Procedures 操作步骤

1. First, place the washed rice or food into the ceramic inner pot, and then add right amount of water. 首先，将米或食物清洗干净后，放入陶瓷内锅中，再按比例加入适量的水。
2. Wipe the outer wall of the ceramic inner pot with a piece of dry cloth and put it into the main body, then cover it with the inner pot lid. 用干布将陶瓷内锅外壁擦干后放入主机体中，再盖上内锅盖。
3. Plug in the power cord and switch it on. At this point, the screen displays "00:00", indicating the soup cooker has entered into the standby mode. 插好电源线，接通电源。这时，屏幕显示“00:00”，表示此电器已进入待机状态。
4. To set the preset time (delayed cooking), you can press the "Preset/Timer" button first, then press "Hour" and "Minutes" buttons to set the preset time. Next, select the desired menu function. 如需设置预约时间(延迟烹饪)，则先按"预约/定时”按钮、再按“小时”、“分钟”键以设置预约时间。然后，再选择所需的菜单功能。

Perhatian

1. It is not recommended to set long time of preset or keep warm to prevent the food from deteriorating. 建议不要设定长时间的预约或保温时间，以免食物变质。

2. When the "Keep Warm" function is selected only without the time set, then in 24 hours the product will stop heating and enter into standby mode. When the "Keep Warm" function is selected and the operation time is selected as well, then after the keep warm time is over, the appliance will stop heating and enter into standby mode.

1. The stewing time can be adjusted according to your personal preferences at any time to make the foods achieve their best taste. When the ambient temperature is relatively low, it is recommended that you stew the food for a longer time. The adjustable time range is limited to total working time and cannot exceed the adjustable time range of the selected menu. For example: After selecting the "Double Stew Soup" function to work for one hour and then adjusting the cooking time, at this moment the adjustable time range is 3 to 9 hours. Another example, after selecting the "keep warm" function to work for one hour and then adjusting the time, at this moment the adjustable time range is 0 to 23 hours.

1. To change the preset time in the preset state, you can press the "Keep Warm/Cancel" key to cancel the preset first, and then reset the function. 预约状态时如需更改预约时间，则先按“保温/取消”键取消预约后，再重新进行功能设置。

2. When stewing food or porridge, please add the appropriate amount of water according to the water levels on the ceramic inner pot, otherwise it is likely to be boiled dry and burned. 炖煮食物或煮粥时，请根据陶瓷内锅上的水位刻度线加入适当的水量，否则容易造成煮干、烧糊等现象。

3. When using the functions of "Rice Porridge", "Multigrain Porridge", "Baby Porridge" etc. to cook porridge, it is recommended that you use the normal temperature water. When using the functions of "Double Stew Soup", "Chicken Soup", "Ribs Soup", "Fish Soup", "Dessert", "Fast Stew" etc. to cook food, it is recommended that you add warm water of about 70°C to stew it in order to save time. 使用“白米粥”、“五谷粥”、“婴儿粥”等功能煮粥时，建议使用常温水。使用“老火汤”、“鸡汤”，“排骨汤”，“鱼汤”，“甜品”、“快炖”等功能炖煮食物，为节约炖煮时间，建议加70℃左右温水炖煮。

4. When stewing food or porridge, the proportion of food to water cannot be too high, or they will be boiled dry and burned, which will affect the lifespan of the ceramic inner pot. 炖煮食物或煮粥时，食物对水的比例不能过高，否则容易造成煮干、烧糊等现象。严重时将会影响陶瓷内饵的使用寿命。

How to use 使用方法

Operating Procedures 操作步骤

1. If preset time (delayed cooking) is not required, directly press the "Soup" or "Porridge" or "Fast Stew" Button to select the desired menu function. At this moment, default time on the screen and the corresponding function indicators will constantly on and flashing for a few seconds, which indicates that it enters into the stewing state (Note: if you need to set your preferred cooking time, then you can set the time by pressing the "Preset/Timer" button, and then press "Hour" and "Minutes" buttons). In the process of stewing, the displayed time on the screen decreases by the unit of 1 minute.

1. After the food is cooked thoroughly, it will automatically enter the keep warm state. At this point, the keep warm indicator will be turned on and the screen displays ^* - - - - . During the keep warm process, the food temperature will be maintained at about 60°C to 85°C.

1. To stop operation during stewing process, you can simply press the "Keep Warm /Cancel" once. At this moment, the corresponding indicator goes out, the appliance stops heating and returns to the standby mode. Finally, unplug the power cord to cut off the power supply.

1. If the power is off halfway during operation, the product will return to the standby state, and it needs to be reset to continue its operation. 若中途断电，产品将回到待机状态，需重新设置，才能继续工作。

2. When the product is used for the first time, the Aluminium Pot may give out a slight abnormal odor, and the screen may flash when it is just powered on, so please unplug it and the power it on again. These two phenomena are normal, so please be rest assured when using it. 第一次使用此电器时，铅锅可能发出轻微异味，显示屏在刚通电时可能显示闪烁，请拔下插头后重新通电：此两种现象属正常现象，请放心使用。
