- Read all instructions carefully.
- Before using the unit, check if the voltage indicated corresponds with the convenience outlet (230Va.c.).
- Do not use two-way socket with other appliance.
- Do not abuse the power cord. Never carry the appliance by the power cord or yank it to disconnect from electrical outlet; instead grasp the plug and pull to disconnect.

Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to any authorized Imarflex Service Center for examination, repair or adjustment.

Do not place the unit near gas stove, electric stove or in a heated oven.

Put the unit on flat surfaced; keep it away from the edge of counter to avoid accident.

Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as utensils out of container while processing to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the appliance. A scraper may be used but only when the appliance is not running.

- ON/OFF: Plug the unit into a convenience outlet. Switch the Power ON. The unit will be on standby mode
• After use, switch the Power OFF.
- Pulse: Switch Power ON, set to P-SET, Toggle the_Pulse Switch
- Speed Control: Turn the function selector to the desired speed. Note: The function selector must be initially in OFF position before operation.
- P-SET: Set to P-SET for the pulse function and preset function (Ice, Smoothies, and Soup).
- Pre-set Function:
- Preset programs (Time and Speed) Auto-stop
a. Ice:
- Switch Power ON.
- Set the function selector to P-SET. (Ice, Smoothie, Soup) will be flashing.
- Press Ice function and Ice function light indicator must be ON. It will chop the ice in intervals separated by short breaks for approximately 40 seconds.
- Wait until it stops.
- Once done, the 3 pre-set function will be flashing.
b. Smoothie:
- Switch Power ON.
- Set the function selector to P-SET. (Ice, Smoothie, Soup) will be flashing.
- Press Smoothie function, it will blend for approximately 2 minutes.
- Wait until it stops.
- Once done, the 3 pre-set function will be flashing.
c. Soup:
- Switch Power ON.
- Set the function selector to P-SET. (Ice, Smoothie, and Soup) will be flashing.
- Press the Soup function, it will blend for approximately 5 minutes.
- Wait until it stops.
- Once done, the 3 pre-set function will be flashing.
Note:
- To stop the program, press the selected button and the pre-set function will be flashing.
- If you desire to jump from one pre-set function to another, select the new desired pre-set function and it will automatically override the program.
Safety Instruction for HOT LIQUIDS:
- Be careful in adding or mixing the ingredients.
- Do not use the blender to process boiling liquids.
- Liquid must be within 50°.
- Hot liquid maximum capacity is 700ml / 0.7L or 3 cups only.
- Speed must be set in low speed (1-2 speed) and gradually change speed until you reach the desired speed.
- Blending process is maximum of 3 minutes only.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE
IMPORTANT: Your blender jar and blades are subject to wear during normal use. Always inspect the jar for nicks, chips or cracks. Always inspect blades for broken, bent or loose blades. Avoid using the jar or blades if damaged.
Contact the Imarflex Authorized Service Center to obtain evaluation and repair.
Make sure that the blender is unplugged. Place blender base on clean, dry surface to keep foreign particles from being pulled up into motor during operation.
- Make sure that the top housing pad is properly installed in the motor base.
- Put the Measuring Cup on the Jar Lid.
- Secure the Lid into the Plastic Jar and press down.
- Place the Plastic Jar with Blade Assembly on the Motor Base and press down until securely engaged.
HOW TO USE
- For initial use, wash plastic jar with blade assembly thoroughly. "Please refer to cleaning and maintenance method".
- Make sure that the top housing pad is properly installed in the motor base.
- Place the measuring cup into the hole of the Jar Lid and turn it clockwise to lock.
- Put the desired mixture.
- Put the lid on the plastic jar and close securely.
- Place the plastic jar with blade assembly on the motor base.
- Plug the unit into the convenience outlet.
- Switch power ON.
- Select the desired speed or function.
- Switch power OFF after every use.
USEFUL TIPS
- To achieve the best results when pureeing solid ingredients, place small portions through the opening in the lid one by one.
- When mixing solid ingredients, start with a small amount of liquid. Gradually add more liquid through the opening in the lid.
- For stirring solid or very thick liquid ingredients, we recommend that you use the blender in pulse mode to prevent the blades from getting stuck.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
Motor Base
- Unplug the power cord.
- Wipe or clean the outside surface with a damp or soft cloth.
NEVER IMMERSE MOTOR BASE IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUID. - Thoroughly clean switches so that they work freely. They will become sticky when in use. Use a damp cloth or sponge to flush and clean the groove around the water shielded switches. You may also lightly spray the surface around the switches with an all-purpose cleaner and work the switches back and forth a few times to loosen any dried residue under switch.
- Polish with a soft cloth.
- Always be sure to wring excess water out of cloth or sponge when cleaning around the controls or any electrical part.
Container and Blade Assembly
Method 1:
After use, add warm water and a splash of vinegar to blender jar. Set the variable speed to medium speed. Turn ON and let the blender work the liquid for about a minute. Pour out, rinse the blender jar well.
Method 2:
Fill the blender jar half way (1L) with warm water, add a small amount of liquid dish detergent and turn the unit on MEDIUM speed for about 30 seconds. Repeat if needed. Rinse well.
Method 3:
If blender was left sitting until there is dried, crusty food bits inside: fill with warm, soapy water (or vinegar water) and let sit for about 30 to 60 seconds. Empty water to about half and then blend for 30 second intervals until clean.
