When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions carefully.
- Do not use the Ceramic Cooker on any metal table.
- Do not use the Ceramic Cooker next to devices, which react sensitively to magnet (e.g. radios, TV, cassette recorders, etc.).
- Keep curtains, furniture, flammable materials, etc. away from the Ceramic Cooker and from the convenience outlet where the Ceramic Cooker is plugged.
- Before using the Ceramic Cooker, check if the voltage indicated corresponds with the convenience outlet (230Va.c.)

Do not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged it should be replaced with the same type and size or bring the Ceramic Cooker to the nearest Authorized Service Center.

Do not use a two-way socket with another appliance.

Do not place the unit near gas stove, an electric burner, in heated oven or near any hot surface.

Do not touch the Ceramic Cooker and the power plug with wet hands.

Do not block the ventilation slots of the Ceramic Cooker. Keep a minimum distance of 10cm to 20cm away from the wall or from other items.

The Ceramic Cooker's surface is made of glass, if damaged, unplug immediately.

Do not insert objects like wires or tools into the ventilation slots, this may cause electric shocks.

Do not allow the cord to touch the hot surface of the unit.

The Ceramic Cooker does not heat up during cooking, but the heat from the cookware may transferred to in the Ceramic Cooker. Do not touch the hot surface of the glass.

Scientific tests have proven that Ceramic Cookers are safe to use. However, persons with a pacemaker should keep a minimum distance of 60cm from the unit while using.

Do not place any metal kitchen utensils, pan lids, knives or other metal objects on the cooker. These may heat up when the Ceramic Cooker is ON.

Do not place any magnetic objects on the glass surface while the Ceramic Cooker is in use.

To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the Ceramic Cooker in water.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

DESCRIPTION OF PARTS:


HOW TO USE:
- Plug the unit into the convenience outlet. A beep sound will be heard and digital display will be flashing and shows ‘- - - -’ indicating that the unit is ON.
- Press ON/OFF button and digital display shows 'ON' indicating that the unit is in standby mode.
- Place the cookware into the center of the cooking plate.

Then press FUNCTION to select the desire function.

Press FUNCTION button once for 'HOTPOT' function. The default power is 2000W and can be adjusted from 200W to 2000W by pressing UP and DOWN
- Press FUNCTION button twice for 'STIR-FRY' function. The default temperature is 600°C and can be adjusted from 80°C to 600°C by pressing UP and DOWN
- Press FUNCTION button three times for 'BBQ' function. The default temperature is 520°C and can be adjusted from 80°C to 600°C by pressing UP and DOWN
- Press FUNCTION button four times for 'STEW' function. The default power is 1300W and can be adjusted from 200W to 2000W by pressing UP and DOWN
- Press FUNCTION button five times for 'SOUP' function. The default power is 1600W and it cannot be adjusted
- Press FUNCTION button six times for 'PORRIDGE' function. The default power is 1300W and it cannot be adjusted
- Press FUNCTION button seven times for 'WARM' function. The default power is 80°C and it cannot be adjusted
TIMER SETTING is only applicable for HOTPOT, STIR-FRY, BBQ and STEW function.
- Select the desired function first then press 'TIMER' button once. The digital display will be flashing and shows "0:00" indicating the default time is 0 minute.
Timer can be adjusted from 00:01 to 04:00. To confirm the set time, wait until the time is steady or stop flashing. The timer will start the countdown automatically. If the timer is set "0:00", the digital display will flash and the setting will cancel after 10 seconds.
PRESET TIMER is only applicable for SOUP, PORRIDGE and WARM function.
- Select the desired function first then press 'TIMER' button once. The digital display will be flashing and shows "0:00" indicating the default time is 0 minute.
Preset time can be adjusted from 00:01 to 24:00. To confirm the preset time, wait until the time is steady or stop flashing. Once the preset time is done, a beep sound will be heard and the selected function will automatically start. If the preset is set "0:00", the digital display will flash and the setting will cancel after 10 seconds.
CHILD-LOCK FUNCTION is to lock all the settings at working mode or "Timer" mode. Under lock status, ceramic cooker would not respond to any key press.
- After selecting the desired function, press and hold the LOCK button for 3 seconds to lock, and digital display shows 'LOC' indicating that all the settings are lock
• To unlock, press and hold LOCK button for 3 seconds
HIGH TEMP. light indicator will light up and digital display will show 'HOT' indicating that the cooking plate is hot. Do not touch the cooking plate during cooking process or after use. It will be extremely hot and may cause burn or injuries. Let the unit cool down before moving the unit or before cleaning.
- After use, Press the "ON/OFF" key to switch back to sleeping mode.
- Unplug the unit after every use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
- Turn off the power and pull out the plug before cleaning.
- Wait for the unit to cool down before cleaning.
- Select proper detergent to remove the dirt.
- Use neat wet cloth to clean the unit after removing the dirt.
- Do not clean the unit directly with water.
- Clean the cooking plate and pan before cooking. Otherwise, dirt after charring is difficult to clean and the plate may get discoloration.
- You may clean air vent or air entry's dirt by vacuum cleaner to suck up or by cotton. If there is dirt with oil, it is right to use toothbrush with a little detergent to clean the surface. Never clear inside with water or any kind of liquid.
- Do not use caustic detergents to clean the unit. It may damage the unit by chemical reaction.
- Do not use benzene, thinner, scrubbing brush or polishing powder to clean the induction cooker.
