ZTSS57 Installation instructions

SCANIA Speakers 2004 - 2016 PGRT series

Please follow the steps below and the procedure should take 40-60 minutes in total

Tools to use for this installation:

Flat & Torx screwdriver

Drilling machine

Drill in different sizes

Pliers

The rest of the parts will be in the package, Pre assemble speaker in the frame and also the foam surround

	On the door panel you will find 3 screws that will hold it in place, (marked in Red on the diagram)When you have unscrewed those 3 torx screws you lift up the panel and then pull it out towards youWhen it is loose you need to take it easy, on the reverse you will find 3 cables to unlock and the wire for the door handle.
	This is how it looks when the door panel is off.You will find the speaker cable under the speaker and need to unplug it.There are 6 rivets that you will need to drill out to remove the speaker.
	The plug on the top of the harness is positive and the lower plug is negative.Use the clips and the cable in the package and attached them to the original cables.
	Place the speaker with the new frame in the original place and position the new speaker cable on the top side of the frame.Add the new rivets in the 6 holes and everything is in place.Now you can replace the door panel again and then you can enjoy your new Phoenix Gold speaker upgrade!* You can place the extra foam gasket supplied behind the speaker on the outer metal of the door to improve the fit of the basket and acoustics of the door.
