What microphones are compatible with the Xvive U3C Set?

The U3C Set is designed for XLR balanced condenser microphones only. Using unbalanced or dynamic microphones may cause permanent damage due to phantom power.

How do I pair the transmitter and receiver?

Simply turn on both units and ensure they are set to the same channel (1-6). The RF LED on the receiver will stay on when a stable connection is established.

What is the maximum operating range?

The working range is up to 90 feet line-of-sight. Actual range may be affected by RF signal absorption, reflection, and interference.

How long does the battery last?

Transmitter battery life ranges from 3 to 7 hours depending on the microphone's phantom power draw (12V or 48V). The receiver lasts up to 5 hours.

How do I charge the U3C units?

Use the provided USB cable to charge each unit. The LED turns on during charging and off when fully charged (approx. 2 hours). Turn off the power switch while charging.

Can I use multiple U3C systems together?

Yes, up to 6 sets can operate simultaneously on different channels without interference.

What should I do if there is no sound?

Check that both units are powered on, the transmitter is securely connected to the microphone, both are on the same channel, and the receiver is connected to the mixer. Also ensure the microphone type is correct (condenser).

How do I switch phantom power voltage?

Use the Output phantom power voltage switching on the transmitter to select 12V or 48V according to your microphone's requirements.

Why is the RF LED flickering?

Flickering indicates signal interference. Try changing channels, moving the receiver away from Wi-Fi routers (at least 3 meters), or reducing the distance between transmitter and receiver.

Can I connect one transmitter to multiple receivers?

Yes, a single U3C transmitter can be paired with more than 2 receivers for multi-location monitoring.

2.4 GHz SPECTRUM OVERVIEW AND INTERFERENCE

U3C operates within the 2.4GHz ISM band which is utilized by Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other wireless devices. 2.4GHz is an open band and, as such, does not require a license to be used worldwide.

Tips and Methods to Improve Wireless System Performance

1) Keep more than 3 meteres distance between Receiver unit and other WiFi transmitters such as routers.
2) Change channels to avoid interference with other WiFi products.
3) In case of environmental interference from other WiFi systems, shorten the distance between the receiver and transmitter units.

TROUBLESHOOTING

ISSUE	SOLUTION
No Sound	·Check that the Receiver's RF LED is lit.·Check that the microphone is turned on and receiving signal from the U3C Transmitter.·Check that the power switch is turned on for both the Transmitter and the Receiver.·Ensure that the U3C Transmitter and Receiver are on the same channel.·U3C will provide 12V or 48V phantom power to condenser microphone.Please select your microphone phantom power volts.·If used in dynamic microphone, the current consumption will be the same as that of a condenser microphone.·The receiver can be paired with one Transmitter at a time.
