How do I check the remaining battery level on my Mi Power Bank Pro?

Press the Power check button on the side. The 4 LED indicators will light up or blink to show the battery level. 4 LEDs solid means 100%, 3 solid and 1 blinking means 75-96%, etc.

Can I charge my phone and the power bank at the same time?

The Mi Power Bank Pro does not support pass-through charging. You cannot charge the power bank and a device simultaneously. It will prioritize charging the connected device first.

What is Small Current Mode and how do I use it?

Small Current Mode is designed for charging low-power devices like Bluetooth earbuds or smart bands. To activate, double-press the Power check button when the power bank is not charging anything. The LEDs will turn on in sequence. To exit, single-press the button.

Does the Mi Power Bank Pro support fast charging for Samsung or iPhone?

Yes, it supports fast charging at 9V/2A and 12V/1.5A, which is compatible with many fast-charging phones, including Samsung Adaptive Fast Charging and iPhone (USB-PD via USB-C). However, it does not support Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 directly, but it can still fast charge compatible devices.

Why are all four LEDs blinking when charging?

All four LEDs blinking simultaneously indicates a charging error. This could be due to a faulty cable, incompatible charger, or the power bank entering protection mode. Try a different cable and charger. If the issue persists, it may be defective.

How long does it take to fully charge the power bank?

Using a 9V/2A or 12V/1.5A charger, it takes about 3.5 hours. With a standard 5V/2A charger, it takes about 5.5 hours.

Is it safe to leave the power bank plugged in overnight?

Yes, the Mi Power Bank Pro has over-charge protection. Once fully charged, it will stop drawing power. However, it is always good practice to unplug once fully charged.

• Please make sure to fully charge Mi Power Bank Pro on its first use.
• When charging a device with Mi Power Bank Pro, please check whether your device displays the battery charging icon to confirm that Mi Power Bank Pro is working properly.
• When charging Mi Power Bank Pro or charging a device with Mi Power Bank Pro, please be sure to use the right charging cable.
• When all indicator LEDs lights go out, Mi Power Bank Pro is in low power mode. Please recharge as soon as possible.
• When charging a device with Mi Power Bank Pro, the device will use Mi Power Bank Pro's battery first.
• Once your device is fully charged, please disconnect it from Mi Power Bank Pro to avoid further discharge.
• When the product enters protection mode (LEDs don't light up after pressing the Power check button) due to output short circuit or other reasons, please charge Mi Power Bank Pro with an external charger to resume.

To exit Small current discharge mode, press the Power check button once.
