Can I mount the videobar above or below the screen?

Yes, the NeoMounts AV30-500BL supports both mounting orientations. The manual provides separate installation steps for mounting the videobar above (steps 32-61) or below (steps 2-31) the screen. Choose the orientation that best suits your setup.

What videobar models are compatible with this mount?

The mount is compatible with a wide range of popular videobars, including models from Bose Professional, Neat, Poly, Jabra, Logitech, Cisco, Yealink, AVer, Barco, Maxhub, biamp, and Lenovo. What is the maximum extension length possible?

The maximum extension with the included extension brackets (S and R) is 84 cm. Without extensions, the bracket (Q) provides a maximum of 30.8 cm extension. Use the extension parts when the device connection requires more than 30.8 cm.

Do I need any tools for installation?

Yes, you will need a screwdriver and possibly a drill for wall mounting. The mount comes with all necessary screws and brackets. For wall/floor mounting, separate mount and screen brackets are required (not included). It is recommended to have at least two persons for safe installation.

How do I adjust the height of the videobar after mounting?

After attaching the videobar to the bracket, you can adjust its height by loosening the locking screws on the bracket (Q) and sliding it along the vertical bars (T). Once the desired height is reached, tighten the screws securely. Refer to steps 31 (below screen) or 61 (above screen) for details.

Can I use this mount with a soundbar or separate speakers?

The mount accommodates horizontal VESA patterns of 200, 400, 600, and 800 mm. Vertical mounting plates (P) are adjustable to fit the screen's VESA holes. You must align the plates with the horizontal VESA dimension of your screen before installation.

Is the mount suitable for ceilings or floors?

The mount is designed primarily for vertical walls, but it can also be used on floors or ceilings if appropriate mounting brackets (not included) are used. 12. Maintain sufficient space around the display to ensure adequate ventilation.
13. To ensure safe installation, first check the structure of the wall, ceiling or floor and select a secure mounting location.
14. The wall, ceiling or floor should be strong enough to sustain a weight of at least four times of the display and mount combined. The mounting location must be able to withstand earthquake or other strong shock.
15. Do not modify any accessories or use broken parts. Contact your dealer with any questions.
16. Tighten all screws (do not exert excessive force to avoid breaking the screw or damaging its thread).
17. Drill holes and bolts will be left in the wall, ceiling or floor once the display and bracket are removed. Stains may occur after extended use.
18. Since the manufacturer has no way to control the wall, ceiling or floor type and installation of the mount, the warranty of the product shall only cover the body of the mount. The warranty period of the product is 5 years.
