How do I pair the Ptero 4PS with my PS4 for the first time?

Connect the gamepad to your PS4 using the USB cable, then press the PS button. The controller will pair and turn on. After pairing, you can disconnect the USB cable and use it wirelessly.

How do I reconnect the gamepad to a previously paired PS4?

Turn on your PS4 console, then press the PS/Home button on the gamepad for 1 second. It should automatically connect to the console.

How do I turn the gamepad on or off?

To turn on, hold the Home button for 1 second. To turn off, hold the Home button for 1 second (if not connected) or for 10 seconds (when connected to the console).

How do I use the touchpad on the gamepad?

The touchpad is a two-point capacitive touchpad that functions like the PS4 controller touchpad. Use it for in-game gestures and navigation.

How do I charge the gamepad?

Connect To Console:

First time connect to the console or another PS4 system:

Connect your wireless controller to your system using the USB cable, and then press the PS button.

Your controller pairs with your system and turns on.

PS:

. You'll need to pair a controller when you use it for the first time and when you use your controller on another PS4 system. If you want to use two or more.

. After you've paired your controller, you can disconnect the USB cable and use your controller wirelessly.

. It's possible to use up to four controllers at the same time. When you press the PS button, the light bar glows in your assigned color. The fist controller to connect is blue, with subsequent controllers glowing red, green, and pink.

Re-connect to console paired before:

Power on console, and power on the game controller by press PS/Home button for 1 second, controller should connect to console automatically.

Wake Up game controller.

Game controller turns to sleep mode after 30 seconds searching but cannot connect to console, or without use for 10mins under connect mode. Press PS button for 1 second to wake up game controller.

Connect the mono headset:

For in-game voice chat, plug the mono headset into your controller's stereo headset jack.

Share your gameplay online

Press the SHARE button and choose one of these options for sharing your gameplay online.(Follow the steps on screen)

How to connect with iOS13 system

Press and hold the SHARE button + Home button for 3s, lighting bar flashing (white), open your iPhone bluetooth and search new device, find gamepad and connect.

If you meet any problem, please find a needle-like things to poke the "Reset" hole and connect it again with console by USB cable, you can remove cable after gamepad connected.
