Is the KT1145 mount tilting or full-motion?

After marking the hole positions, use a level to verify the wall plate is perfectly horizontal before drilling. Adjust as needed.

What if my TV has recessed mounting holes?

Use the included spacers (small and large) to bridge any gaps between the TV back and the display plate. Select the appropriate bolt length to achieve a secure fit.

Can I install the mount alone?

The manual recommends at least two persons for installation, especially when lifting the TV onto the mount. One person should be physically fit and technically skilled.

How do I detach the TV from the mount?

To remove the TV, first unplug all electrical cords. Then loosen the locking screws on the display plate and lift the TV off the wall plate.

What should I do if I lose some hardware?

Caution:

1. It is recommended for this product to be installed by at least two persons, of which at least one person should be physically fit enough to handle heavy loads and technically skilled.
2. Before installing, please read this manual and make sure that there are no electrical cords, gas or water pipes in the place designated for mounting the holder.
3. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during installation, improper installation or subsequent use.
4. If in doubt, contact your nearest dealer and ask for assistance with installation.
5. For installation it is necessary to use safe and appropriate tools. Disregarding the instructions may cause property damage or injury.
6. If you intend to remove the TV from the wall, always make sure all electrical cords are unplugged.
7. If you are unsure of your wall load, select a different location for your installation or carrying capacity and increase the strength of the wall with renovation.
8. The product can be installed only for flat screen televisions or televisions containing mounting holes and have a flat back wall.
