How do I set up the Canton Your Stick?

Plug the Your Stick into a USB port on your PC/Mac. It is plug-and-play and requires no additional software. Ensure the channel color (red, green, or blue) matches your receiver (e.g., Canton your_World speakers). Use the Channel button on the transmitter to change channels if needed.

Can I connect multiple speakers to one Your Stick?

Yes, you can connect multiple receivers (speakers) as long as they are set to the same channel. The system is infinitely expandable. Each channel can support an unlimited number of receivers.

What is the range of the wireless signal?

The typical indoor range is up to 30 meters (100 feet), depending on walls and interference. For best performance, keep the transmitter and receiver in line of sight.

How do I change the channel on the Your Stick?

Press the Channel button on the transmitter. Each press cycles through the three channels: red, green, and blue. The corresponding LED on the transmitter indicates the active channel. Make sure your receiver is set to the same color.

Can I use the Your Stick with non-Canton speakers?

The Your Stick is designed to work with Canton your_World series receivers. However, if the receiver has a compatible 2.4 GHz receiver and can be paired, it might work. For reliable performance, we recommend using Canton your_World speakers.

How do I connect an external audio source like a TV or CD player?

Use the Line-In connection on the your_World receiver (speaker). The Your Stick is a transmitter for PC/Mac; it does not have a line-in. For external sources, connect them directly to the receiver's line-in jack.

What does the warranty cover?

Canton offers a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for the original buyer. It covers manufacturing defects but not transport damage or damage from improper use. Warranty is valid only when using original packaging and proof of purchase.

My Your Stick is not working; what should I do?

First, ensure it is properly inserted into a working USB port. Try a different USB port. Make sure the channel matches the receiver. Check that the receiver is powered on and set to the same channel. If problems persist, contact Canton support.

Can I use multiple Your Sticks in the same room?

Yes, because each Your Stick operates on one of three channels. With multiple transmitters, you can assign different channels to avoid interference. Ensure each transmitter and its paired receiver are on the same channel.

Above and beyond the statutory guarantee Canton offers a 2-year warranty on all your_World products. The warranty period begins on the point of purchase and only applies to the initial purchaser. The warranty does not cover transport damages and damages caused by inappropriate use. A warranty claim will only be accepted if the product is submitted in its original packaging.
