General information
- The cleaning effect depends on the temperature, pressure and amount of steam. Likewise, the distance between the steam jet and the surface play an essential role. However, there are certain surfaces and materials which are unsuitable for steam cleaning, for these please refer to the following chapter. - First of all select a greater distance to spray the object of the steam jet. Then try out the steam in a small area in a less visible place. This will enable you to verify how the surface reacts to treatment with hot steam. - Always follow the manufacturer's instructions relative to the maintenance of a given surface. - I litre of water produces about 1500 litres of steam, which enables you to clean a surface of approximately 120 ~m^2 . - The steam helps to dissolve the dirt. It is then necessary to dry the surfaces with a cloth - the special duster used for accessories or any other suitable cloth. - The steam dissolves embedded dirt without any chemicals. It is not necessary to add any detergents. - There is no risk of allergy to detergents because the steam cleaner only uses steam from hot water. - The hot steam enables cleaning of places which are not normally accessible to cloths and brushes. Take advantage of the numerous options offered by the accessories. If you are unsure whether a certain type of material is suitable for treatment with boiling hot steam, you must first of all try this method out in a small and hidden place. Please note the information regarding the manufacturer's maintenance. Proceed as specified under, "Adding the water", page 10.After use
