How do I set up the AVerTV Mobile Android EW310?

Connect the tuner to your Android device via USB, install the AVerMedia TV app from Google Play, connect the antenna, and launch the app to scan for channels.

Is the EW310 compatible with all Android devices?

It works with Android devices that support USB OTG (On-The-Go) and have Android 4.0 or later. Check your device specifications.

Can I use this tuner with a Windows PC?

Yes, it is also compatible with Windows. Download the appropriate driver and software from the AVerMedia website.

What TV standards are supported?

It supports DVB-T and DVB-T2 for digital terrestrial television. It does not support analog or cable TV.

How do I record TV programs?

In the AVerMedia TV app, select the program you want to record and press the record button. You can also schedule recordings using the EPG.

Why am I not getting any signal?

Ensure the antenna is properly connected and positioned for good reception. Try moving to a location with better signal, such as near a window.

Can I use the tuner without an internet connection?

Yes, the tuner receives over-the-air TV signals, so no internet is required for watching live TV. However, the app may need internet for EPG data.

What is the maximum video resolution?

The tuner supports up to 1080i resolution for high-definition broadcasts.
