How do I charge my mobile device using the Xtorm XPD06?

Connect your mobile device using a USB cable (micro USB or your own cable) to the USB Out 1 port (5V/2A). Press the button once to activate charging. The LED lights will show battery status. Expect 1-4 hours charging time.

How do I charge the XPD06 itself?

Connect a micro USB cable to the USB IN port. You can charge via a PC/laptop USB port or an A/C adapter (not included). Press the button once to check charging status. Full charge takes 5-6 hours.

How do I connect an SD card or USB drive?

Slide an SD card into the SD slot on the top/back. Connect a USB drive to the front USB Drive port (marked with USB icon). They will appear in the WPD app.

How do I connect to the XPD06 via WiFi?

Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to activate WiFi. On your mobile device, go to WiFi settings and connect to the network named WPD (default no password). Then open the WPD app or browser to 192.168.1.2.

How can I backup photos from my phone?

In the WPD app, swipe right to open the Storage Menu. Tap Photo to capture all images from your device and back them up to the connected storage. You can enable automatic backup under Settings.

What is the default administrator password?

The default administrator password is 0000. You can change it in the Settings menu under 'Change authentication'.

How do I reset the XPD06 to factory settings?

In the WPD app Settings menu, tap Default. This restores the app and SmartHub to factory defaults.

Can I connect the XPD06 to the internet?

Yes. You can connect a LAN cable to the Ethernet port for automatic internet access. Alternatively, enable WiFi Bridge in Settings to connect to an existing WiFi network.

What file formats are supported?

How do I safely remove an SD card or USB drive?

To remove an SD card, push it gently to eject it from the slot. For a USB drive, simply pull it out after disconnecting from the app. Ensure no file transfers are in progress.

device is still connected to the SmartHub. Once enabled an connected, you can be connected to your SmartHub and another WiFi Access Point (with Internet Access), to be able to surf & store.

[Auto Wifi bridge] When you turn this option on, the SmartHub automatically connects to open or known WIFI networks.

Connect to the Internet using the SmartHub

The following table is provided in the image.

You have two options for connecting the SmartHub to the Internet. Connect to an existing, internet-enabled LAN Network
