Frequently Asked Questions - 65WR6BE HISENSE

How do I turn on the Hisense 65WR6BE interactive board?
Connect the power cord to a 100-240V AC outlet and press the power switch on the device to 'I'. Then press the standby button on the remote or the standby button on the front panel to power on the screen.
How can I clean the screen safely?
Unplug the device from the wall outlet before cleaning. Use a lightly dampened cloth (water only) to wipe the screen and cabinet. Avoid liquid, abrasive, or aerosol cleaners, as they can cause permanent damage.
How do I connect my laptop to the board for touch input?
Connect your laptop to the board via HDMI (or DP) for video and a USB cable from the board's TOUCH port to your laptop for touch. Then switch the input source on the board to the corresponding HDMI/DP channel. The board will act as a touch monitor.
What is the VESA mount size and how do I install it?
The VESA pattern is 600 x 400 mm. Use M8 x 25 screws (included). Follow the wall mount bracket instructions. Ensure adequate ventilation (at least 10 cm clearance around the unit). Do not use longer screws to avoid internal damage.
How do I use the whiteboard features?

What should I do if the remote control stops working?
Check for obstructions between the remote and the receiver. Ensure batteries are correctly installed (two AAA) and not depleted. Replace old batteries with new ones. If still not working, try pointing directly at the indicator light within 8 meters.
How do I install an optional OPS module?
Power off the device and unplug. Insert the OPS-C Plus computer into the OPS slot on the rear panel, aligning the connectors. Secure with the provided M3x6 screws (torque 0.5~0.8 N·m). Reconnect power and turn on. The OPS will start automatically.
Why is there no sound when using HDMI input?
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable. Ensure the connected device is outputting audio. Check the board's volume and mute settings. If using a PC, verify audio output is set to HDMI. Also test with another HDMI cable or port.
How do I update the software on the board?
Connect the board to the internet. Go to Settings > System Update. Check for updates; if a new version is available, download and install. Alternatively, you can update via USB: copy the update file to a USB drive, insert it, and follow the on-screen prompts in Settings.

OPS (Open Pluggable Specification) is the interface specification developed by INTEL which is applicable to embedded computer module products. With this interface, the screen can be connected to the device in compliance with OPS interface specification, which is short for OPS module. Recommended adaptable OPS modules are S02BDS58811E, S02BDS5A811E and S02BDS7AA21E, available separately as accessories.

This product can provide the OPS module with 19V ± 0.5V (3.4A MAX) power supply.

It is recommended to choose and purchase OPS already certified by Hisense, with the i5/i7 latest generation processor, 4G memory, 128 GB solid state drive or above.

Only OPS modules compatible with the size of the device OPS should be installed. The size of OPS refers to the following figure:

177.30±0.18" R1.50 R1.00 60.00 25.50 175.30 180.00±0.20* 206.00 191.50±0.15* 173.00±0.15* 33.4 2×2.50±0.05* R2.00 16.00 14.50±0.20* 26.00±0.20* 30.00±0.25*
