How do I set up the Edimax WD-1000TR AV extender?
Connect the transmitter to your source device (e.g., Blu-ray player) via HDMI and power it on. Connect the receiver to your display (e.g., TV) via HDMI and power it on. The devices will automatically pair within seconds if they are on the same wireless channel.
What is the maximum range of the WD-1000TR?
The wireless range is up to 100 meters in open line-of-sight conditions. Walls and obstacles may reduce the effective range.
Does the WD-1000TR support 4K resolution?
No, the maximum supported resolution is 1080p Full HD. It is not designed for 4K signals.
Can I use multiple receivers with one transmitter?
No, the WD-1000TR is a 1:1 point-to-point extender. It does not support multi-receiver broadcasting.
