How to pair the earbuds with my phone?

Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and select 'Fresh 'n Rebel Sport' from the list of available devices.

What to do if the earbuds don't connect?

Make sure the earbuds are charged and Bluetooth is enabled on your device. If the problem persists, reset the earbuds by placing them back in the case, close the lid, wait 5 seconds, then reopen. Try pairing again.

What is the actual battery life of the earbuds?

The battery life is approximately 6 hours on a full charge at 50% volume. The charging case provides 5 additional charges, bringing the total battery life to 36 hours.

Are the earbuds water resistant?

Yes, they have an IPX5 rating, which means they are resistant to splashes from any direction for 3 minutes at 3 meters. Do not immerse them or expose them to liquids.

How to charge the case?
