Issues Solutions and Explanations The TV does not turn on. Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged into the wall outlet and the TV. Make sure that the wall outlet is working. button on the TV to make sure whether this problem is with the remote control. There is no picture/video. Check the cable connections. Remove and reconnect all cables connected to both the TV and external devices.
