Connect the HDMI output of the Surround Hub X to your TV's HDMI ARC/eARC input using a compliant HDMI cable. If your TV supports eARC, the cable must support 4K video and HDR with Ethernet. For ARC only, HDMI 1.4 or newer is sufficient. Then go to your TV's audio output settings, set output to HDMI ARC/eARC, set digital output to bitstream or automatic, and activate CEC controls if available. Finally, switch the Hub's input to eARC using the remote.
How do I pair the remote control?
First, unscrew the bottom plate of the remote using the included Allen key and insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Then, on the Surround Hub X, press and hold the Pair button on the rear for 3 seconds until the WiSA LED starts blinking rapidly. Press any button on the remote; the WiSA LED should stop blinking, indicating a successful pairing.
How do I connect the Hub to my home network?
Download the Google Home app from the App Store or Google Play. Power on the Surround Hub X; the Wi-Fi LED will flash rapidly, indicating Wi-Fi configuration mode. Open the Google Home app and follow the instructions to connect the Hub to your Wi-Fi network. When the Wi-Fi LED turns solid white, the Hub is connected and ready to stream.
How do I pair WiSA certified speakers?
Ensure all speakers are correctly positioned, powered on, and their pairing mode is activated. Press the pairing button on the rear of the Surround Hub X. The WiSA LED will start blinking slowly while connecting. After pairing, you can assign channels via the on-screen display menu.
How do I select a speaker layout?
Access the on-screen display menu by pressing 'OK' on the remote while the TV is on the HDMI input connected to the Hub. Navigate to Speaker setupSpeaker layout. Select the desired layout and confirm. Then assign each channel to a speaker by pinging the speakers and choosing the correct speaker for each channel.
How do I stream music via Apple AirPlay?
Make sure your device and the Surround Hub X are on the same Wi-Fi network. On your iPhone or iPad, tap the AirPlay icon and select the Surround Hub X from the list. The input will automatically switch to Wi-Fi, and you can start playing audio. If you change to another input, AirPlay will disconnect and must be reconnected.
How do I use Chromecast built-in?

Why is one speaker dropping out or how do I fix speaker dropouts?
If only one speaker loses input, there may be interference with the WiSA connection. Ensure there are at least 3 meters between your router or other wireless equipment and the Surround Hub X. Avoid walls between the Hub and speakers. Try connecting to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and avoid MESH networks. Also aim for a bandwidth of 20MHz or 40MHz if possible.
