FR Étapes de montage

1 • Remplacez l'évent automatique en place par le nouveau système d'évent extérieur. Tournez le système d'évent à 45° dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre et tirez vers le haut. • Insérez le nouvel évent extérieur et tournez-le à 45° dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre.

2 • Placez le tube dans la gaine cylindrique • Poussez jusqu'à la nervure d'extrémité • Poussez la gorge du tube dans la nervure latérale pour éviter qu'il ne glisse (voir l'illustration).

3 Montez le boîtier de l'évent (1 vis).

Serrez la vis à la main.

4 Fixez le tube derrière le crochet moulé et sécurisez-le à l'aide de colliers de serrage.

La position et le trajet du tube dépendent du côté des charnières du portillon de service (charnières à gauche, voir 4a ; charnières à droite, voir 4b ; charnières en haut, voir 4c ; charnières en bas, voir 4d).

Pour la série C223-S, vissez dans la paroi intérieure.

5 Percez le trou (0 20 mm) depuis l'intérieur de la porte.

L'emplacement dépend du côté des charnières du portillon.

Lorsque la pointe du foret dépasse du panneau de la porte, percez depuis l'extérieur. Cela permet de réaliser un trou propre.

6 Poussez les bossages blancs des deux côtés du trou dans le portillon.

Si l'épaisseur de la paroi est inférieure à 25 mm, réduisez les bossages.

7 Coupez le tube à la bonne longueur.

Assurez-vous qu'il est possible d'ouvrir le portillon complètement.

8 • Placez le joint torique sur le tube. • Insérez le tube à travers le trou et placez le second joint torique. • Rétractez le tube et repoussez le joint torique aussi loin que possible.

9 Mettez du mastic sur l'arrière du couvercle de l'évent.

10 Vissez le couvercle de l'évent sur le trou.

Bei Modell C223-S führen Sie die Verschraubung an der Innenwand durch.

5 Bohren Sie das Loch (0 20 mm) von der Innenseite der Tür.

Wenn die Bohrerspitze über das Türblatt hinaussteht, bohren Sie von außen nach innen. Das trägt zu einem sauberen Loch bei.

3 Mount the vent box (1 screw).

! Secure screw hand-tight.

4 Secure the tube behind the molded hook and fixate with hose clamps.

The position and routing of the tube is dependent on the hinge side of the service door (hinges on the left see 4a, hinges on the right see 4b, hinges at the top see 4c, hinges at the bottom see 4d).

For a C223-S, screw into the inside wall.

5 Drill the hole (0 20 mm) from the inside of the door.

! Location depending on the hinge side of the door.

When drill tip protrudes through the door panel, drill from outside in. This facilitates a clean hole.

6 Push the white bosses on both sides of the hole into the door.

If the wall thickness is less then 25 mm, shorten the bosses.

7 Cut the tube to the correct length.

Make sure it is possible to open the door completely.

8 - Mount the 0-ring onto the tube. - Insert the tube through the hole and mount the second 0-ring. - Retract the tube and push the first 0-ring as far as possible.

9 Put sealant onto the backside of the vent cover.

10 Screw the vent cover over the hole.

La posizione e il percorso del tubo dipendono dal lato incernierato dello sportello di servizio (cerniere a sinistra vedere 4a, cerniere a destra vedere 4b, cerniere in alto vedere 4c, cerniere in basso vedere 4d).

Per una C223-S, avvitare nella parete interna.

5 Praticare il foro (0 20 mm) dall'interno dello sportello.

La posizione dipende dal lato incernierato dello sportello.

Quando la punta del trapano sporge attraverso il pannello dello sportello, forare dall'esterno verso l'interno. Questo agevola l'esecuzione di un foro pulito.

6 Premere i perni bianchi su entrambi i lati del foro nello sportello.
